You are walking distance to over 20 bars/restaurants, 2 award winning breweries & multiple live music venues, all within a 1 mile radius! Whether you're exploring the local attractions or simply relaxing in the cozy ambiance, this property is a great place to call "home" while you're away. We hope you enjoy your stay! IMPORTANT TO NOTE-->This is not a "party" house. This is for adults who are responsible & will appreciate our historic home. This house is perfect for family, friends & business groups. We want our house to be perfect for the next guests and respectful to our neighbors. **Our property is under constant video surveillance. Your nightly rate is based on $600/night unless a discount is provided due to booking more than 7 days. Please keep in mind, this nightly rate may look higher once booked and VRBO adds their fees and commissions.

The house is extremely conveniently located to downtown Woodstock.It is a charming home with historical significance to the town, and it has been lovingly preserved and maintained. It is comfortable and spacious, and rhe hosts,Suzette and Rod, are lovely, gracious and generous. We enjoyed our stay very much. We did not use use rhen[ool because we were here in December, but it looks delightful.

Family visit

My family came down to Woodstock to visit my husband’s mother. The house was perfect! Great location- steps to downtown and restaurants! The house is gorgeous inside and out and we enjoyed drinking the Prosecco the host gifted us while sitting around the pool! Thank you for being a great host!
