We are a local NSB family and live about a block from the Esther Street Bungalow.

Why they chose this property

This is a beach side pedestrian community. You can walk to Flagler Ave within 2 minutes and there you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and pubs. Also, the Esther Street Beach Front Park, which is maintained by the City of New Smyrna Beach a 3 minute walk. There are showers and bathrooms at that park, as well as a pretty decent surf break right.

What makes this property unique

We love the small town feel of the North Beach district. To comply with NSB city code, we must lease for 30 minimum lease period.
