"Blessings by the Sea" is a renovated cottage in Seaside just a 5 minute walk to the beach and steps to Seaside Avenue. This home has many outdoor living areas that make this home feel much larger. There are two expansive porches that run the length of the home up and down. The downstairs porch is a large open air porch with Adirondack rockers perfect for morning coffee. There is a large adjacent outdoor lighted furnished deck with a privacy wall and outdoor dining for four and Adirondack seating for three more, the perfect area for dining Al Fresco or visiting with family and friends. Step inside and you find a custom renovated kitchen and all stainless steal appliances; six burner gas stove, large double door fridge, and a wine & beverage fridge. The first floor offers an open living room with plenty of seating and large 65 inch mounted flat screen TV perfect for movie nights in or watching the game. The living room is complete with soaring ceilings and windows that provide lots of natural light and a half bath off the living room for guests.

The fourth bedroom has built in XL twin bunk beds, privacy curtains, individual bunk lights for reading, plenty of custom built in storage, and the bunks are large enough for adults to sleep in. There is also a marble half bath on the second floor. The second floor large screened in porch runs the length of the entire home and is beautifully furnished with three sitting areas. A lounge furniture area with a sofa, a cafe bistro set, and an additional two chairs perfect for reading a morning coffee, outdoor meals, or an evening glass of wine.

The inside spiral staircase leads to the large open air tower with amazing 360 degree views of the town and slight gulf views with bar top Adirondack seating for 4. Off the furnished lighted deck on the first floor is a charcoal grill and an adjacent hammock.
