Diamond Beach 109 is an oceanfront unit conveniently located on 38th street. Walk right from your unit onto the beach. Cozy unit can sleep 4 comfortably with 2 double beds in the bedroom and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Modern bath and kitchen for all of the convenience of home. Parking spot for 1 car. The owner also provides a washer and dryer for your convenience. Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum ocupancy of the condo.
This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
Non smoking, non vaping, no pets please.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
