This large view estate in Healdsburg has a newly renovated kitchen, all new RH furniture including luxury mattresses, sheets, towels and more. Sleeps 12 with 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Pool and hot tub. Expansive deck with all new Arhaus outdoor lounge furniture, overhead heat lamps and fire table. Note that this property is only suitable for mature guests wanting to take in what wine country has to offer, spending time with family and friends and/or work offsites. There are absolutely no events allowed, and noise restrictions are strictly enforced as this home is in a quiet residential and tight-knit neighborhood. External security cameras are in place, and noise monitors. This is a legally permitted Sonoma county vacation rental TVR24-0009, TOT # 1294/1449N and all rules are complied with. We had a wonderful visit to this beautiful property--it fit all 12 of us perfectly! Great accommodations on a great piece of property. Great location--very close to downtown Healdsburgh and Orsi Vineyards! Christine is great to work with--she is very communicative and her place is really lovely!

The house was perfect for our family trip to attend our daughter’s wedding. Each family had their own space but could gather in the many cozy areas either on the back deck, in the front pool area or at the larger dining tables. The luxury soap products smelled incredible! Lots of little luxury treats. We will hopefully come back one day!
