Cute little cottage on main street in Alpine but some unfortunate issues. No washer and dryer as listed online. Guest book asked that we not flush toilet paper, put it in trashcan instead; this was not noted online and an unpleasant surprise. Trouble with mini-split AC system requiring several calls. But finally repairman showed up, refilled freon, and got it running well. No ice so we bought trays and left them in freezer. We thought price should be lower with all these issues. Really missed a kitchen/dining table as 2 seat bar was inadequate. Yards well kept and lots of butterflies! Right on busy Main Street within walking distance of nice big grocery and several good eating spots. We were able to talk with manager and owner several times and finally got AC working which was essential in the heat. With some attention to issues as listed, should get to be really good cottage.
