Eating areas both inside and out on the large deck. Living room has a comfy L-shaped couch and a new Smart TV. All the rooms have fast WiFi. Heating and AC in each room.

Separate laundry and storage room. Room to store bikes or surfboards......

Linens including beach towels are provided. Soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryer, dishwashing soap and laundry soap provided.

Linens changed once a week. Additional housekeeping can be arranged.

Casitas De Los Arboles shares 2 fenced and gated acres with the main house and has its own laundry room/storage room and off-street parking. Board games, jig-saw puzzles and a corn-hole game are all provided.

This property is contiguous to More Mesa Open Space (https://moremesa.org) with an easy 10 minute walk from private gate to More Mesa beach trail. Located on the bluffs between UCSB and Santa Barbara, this 300 acre preserve is a favorite destination for walkers, runners, equestrians and bird-watchers.
