Prime West Beach location, just outside the Funk Zone and about 1.5 blocks from the beach. Our unit had everything we needed and was a great place for us to land after traveling and sightseeing. The host is super helpful and very responsive to any needs

Great apartment for a couple. The host was a new owner and was working out some start up kinks, but Jeff was quick to respond and a great communicator. The apartment is in a wonderful location, just a couple blocks to the beach, the marina, State Street, Funk Zone and tons of great restaurants. I was there for 3 weeks and discovered new areas and activities every day. I had a great stay and kind of fell in love with the town. I'd go back!
Pros: nice apartment that was clean, with quality furnishings and well equipped. Plenty of room for two. Great location within walking distance of the ocean and many downtown attractions. The owners were gracious and easy to work with.Cons: no A/C in upstairs bedroom which got hot during our stay. The stairway is steep and may be a little tricky for some to navigate.
Friendly owner. The bed was so comfortable. We slept well. It was a treat to hear the frogs at night just right out of our window. We will stay here again. Cheers!

I attended Westmont College and two of our kids attended as well. We love the community and beauty of Santa Barbara and we especially love the life time memories that West Beach has given to our family.
Why they chose this property
West Beach is THE place to stay in SB for both beach and downtown access. Very few properties become available here. And with the City onslaught on Short-Term Rentals, ours is one of FEW authorized, legitimately permitted Vacation Rental units in SB !! We also have a 3 bedroom, 3 bath right around the corner (with parking. If available and needed).
What makes this property unique
A rooftop is available for early morning and evening access. The historic building and charming unit are unique in Santa Barbara . The privacy offered by the backyard patio by Mission Creek is special. The access to everything Santa Barbara has to offer is amazing and our rooftop farm is supremely unique and special.
