A beautiful 12-minute drive along the coast brings you to the world-renown dining and shops of Downtown Newport.

The home is beautiful decorated with many living spaces for family and friends to entertain or just stretch out and enjoy. The downstairs features:

• Spacious living room with a large inviting sectional sofa, coffered ceilings, handsome white brick gas fireplace and a 58" Smart TV.
• Stunning farmhouse style chef's kitchen featuring large center island (with bar seating), 6-burner Wolf range, sleek wood-paneled Bosch refrigerator, wine fridge and two walk-in pantries.
• A spacious den with comfortable couch and Smart TV.
• A gorgeous sunroom with a wood fireplace and doors leading to a deck with an outdoor dining table perfect for al fresco dining.
• A dining area which seats 8 comfortably, also a shiplap entry/mudroom with sleek built-ins.

The second floor includes 2 wings:
• One wing is a master suite offering a sunlit bedroom with winter water views, two walk-in closets, a balcony. Master bath features marble bath with dual vanities and luxurious round soaking tub, heated floors and a spa shower.
• The second wing has 3 tranquil suites including a second master bedroom with en suite bath done in brand-new white stone and marble. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third features a set of twin bunk beds. An additional full bathroom is shared by the latter two rooms. Also, a laundry room with a full washer/dryer.

A sun-lit 3rd floor space has been converted into a fifth bedroom with striking wood floors and two twin beds, a comfy beanbag chair with footrest, 2 nightstands and a dresser for plenty of living space.

The finished basement has been equipped as a game room with an NHL air hockey table and a foosball table and possibly more games added soon!

We stayed here for my wedding weekend, and it was absolutely perfect for me and my friends. The house is beautiful, in a great location, and had everything we needed. The yard and deck were such a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy our time together. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and had a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Fantastic house. Extremely well-stocked. We comfortably fit three families as part of a multi-generational trip. The backyard is very spacious and great for hanging out and relaxing. Easy 12-15 minutes drive into downtown Newport for shopping, tours, restaurants, etc.

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway Home!

We had the most amazing stay over the Thanksgiving holiday! The house is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully stocked with every detail you could imagine. The bedrooms were spacious, beautifully arranged, and extremely comfortable. Each bed was a dream to sleep in, the bathrooms were equally impressive, featuring upscale fixtures and fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was a standout feature—very spacious and equipped with all the appliances and tools for any type of cooking. We were able to prepare a full Thanksgiving feast with everything needed to set a gorgeous table. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 9 adults, a 5-year-old, and two dogs. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The outdoor areas were a big hit too! The porch was cozy with comfortable seating, the patio had a great fire pit, and the terrace barbecue was well-equipped. The outdoor dining area was also fantastic—spacious and comfortable for our group. The location couldn’t be better—just a short drive to Newport's downtown, with grocery stores, gas stations, and a liquor store only five minutes away. Jodi was an outstanding host, always available for any questions or needs we had during our stay. Her hospitality made our experience even better. We had such a wonderful time and cannot wait to return to this incredible home. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect gateway!

Superb Accommodations in a Quiet Neighborhood

Just book it! You will not be disappointed. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Nothing was misrepresented. If you've read the description and browsed the photos, there's really no point in getting my opinion. Stop now, and make the reservation. But if you're curious, read on for my thoughts. First, the host was excellent and very responsive. This is a stunning property with a chic, modern interior. It was also spotlessly clean. There's tons of interior space for you and your guests to hang out, plus a nice deck with a beautiful new grill for you cookout fans. You also get a huge backyard with a lovely gas firepit. I received a message from the host prior to check-in apologizing for the state of the lawn and that it was in the process of being fixed by a landscaper. So I expected to find it all dug up. It wasn't. The lawn was perfectly fine. Just a few yellow patches. Nothing that would prevent you from enjoying the space. The kitchen is a home chef's dream. If you prefer preparing your own meals rather than eating out every night, you will not be disappointed. In addition to the brand new, high-end appliances, the layout is very spacious with a huge island so you can entertain while you cook. Beds were very comfortable. Showers were great with excellent water pressure. Added bonus - they were all stocked with large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Only regret is that this was a work trip, so we barely had time to enjoy this beautiful house.

We are located on coveted Indian Avenue -- the waterfront drive that takes you along the coast, with stunning views of the Sakonnet, past waterfront mansions to historic downtown Newport just 14 minutes away. There you will find world famous restaurants, a stunning harbor, shops and galleries.

From the home, you can walk to Pebble Beach to unwind, relax in the sun or look for shells. Or, drive 5 minutes down the road to 3rd Beach or 2nd (Sachuest) Beach and Surfer's End.

The neighborhood is beautiful and upscale - filled with gorgeous homes. Private, while being close to everything! The streets are perfect for walking, running or biking.

Less than 5 minutes away, you will find Greenvale Vineyard and Sweet Berry Farm (where you can pick your own berries in season). Golfing, sailing, farm stands and Polo matches are just short rides from the home.

Enjoy easy interstate access with the Providence Airport and train station just 40 minutes away. You really could not ask for a better location to enjoy everything Aquidneck Island has to offer!

- Take a 12 minute drive down Indian Ave to Historic Downtown Newport for shopping, dining and exploring!
