Location is great. Very convenient to Florida Southern, downtown Lakeland, and several lakes. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Inside of the house was clean.

Great location near Lake Hollingsworth

This was a very well appointed rental. We had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable and location is awesome. Property owners communicated well. I will definitely keep this handy for trips to visit my son and daughter in law when we have a lot of family in town.

Wonderful home in a great location

This place is great! Our son is considering attending Florida Southern, and this home was a perfect place to stay. It's a block from campus, just up the road from the lake and less than ten minutes from downtown Lakeland. The home has been updated while maintaining all of its vintage charm.

Spring Training

Booked the property for a quick stay to see a Detroit Tigers spring training game. Great location only a few miles from the stadium. Unfortunately our game got rained out. We did have time to walk around the neighborhood and down to the water. Saw a lot of great wildlife. John was a great host and responded promptly to my inquiries. Highly recommend.
