Indian Creek is an excellent location west of Disney near Formosa Gardens area of Kissimmee. It`s a quiet spot away from the traffic of Hwy 192 but still very close to everything.

A childrens play area, soccer pitch, basketball court and tennis court are available for guests to use. Within 2 minutes drive you will find a 24 hour supermarket and a good selection of shops and restaurants.

Disney can be reached in about 5 minutes, Universal Studios is about 25 minutes drive away and Sea World can be reached in about 15 minutes. Atlantic coast beaches can be reached in about 45 minutes, gulf coast beaches are about 60 minutes away and Orlando International airport is 25 minutes drive.

· Fully equipped Kitchen including Microwave, Oven and Hob, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer etc
· Full Air Conditioning
· Iron & Ironing Board, Vacuum Cleaner etc
· Linens and Towels will be provided and all electricity, gas etc is included in the rental price (except pool heating costs).
· A local management company will be available to offer any assistance you may need whilst in residence

We were in town for Scentsy Family Reunion! The pool was amazing, the house was perfect! The cleaning could have been a bit better but it wasnt anything crazy! We really enjoyed the stay and the house had everything we needed!

Plenty of space and plenty of dishes, glasses, plates, silverware etc…. They had everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for 8 of us. Would have had enough for more than that if we needed it. Pool was awesome and pool heat well worth the fee especially in November. Would certainly rent this home again.

The pictures don't do it justice!! What an incredible stay!! We had everything we needed and more. Plenty of towels! The beds are so clean and comfortable. The pool is amazing and private. Can not say enough how wonderful this rental was. It felt like we stayed at a families home!!

House layout was great! It does need some updating. The location is also great! My daughters sheets had a large stain on them just below pillow area. The tub in the one bathroom needs to be either replaced or repaired as the bottom of it is peeling. We didn't end up using the pool but it was very nice and clean. We would definitely recommend this home to others. It was comfortable and accommodated all the parties visiting. Thank you!

Perfect Location

This home is in a perfect location - close to stores, restaurants, and Disney. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare/eat meals; there are plenty of towels for the bathrooms and the pool; and there are toys for the pool. Since Disney closed early each night it was nice to have the private pool which we used everyday.

This home was perfect for our family. It is well maintained and stocked. I appreciate the pool alarms on the exterior doors leading to the pool area. It provided added safety for us with little ones. Beautiful and great location!

Absolutely loved this house. Very clean and an abundance of towels for the stay. Check in was a breeze with the pre check in paperwork. The final payment was a little odd and had me worried but it was fine...just not what I really was expecting. Not bad just different. Listing was accurate and the house met and exceeded our expectations. Property manager was helpful and patient with questions and was prompt to respond. The location was great. We are planning another trip next year and hoping we can stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house!
