Welcome to this charming cottage in Gould City. This fabulous waterfront rental offers a perfect retreat for guests seeking a soothing getaway. With 4 cozy bedrooms, including 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds, everyone will find their ideal sleeping arrangement. The cottage also features convenient amenities like heating, a washing machine, AC, WiFi, and an iron. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of this lovely property and make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.
There is a coffee maker for your convivence, and a Wii with games and 4 controllers. We stocked some board games for some electronic-free fun too.

This property is on the lake. Bedrooms are large. The owners are very quick to reply and ask about stay. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back to this property again.

Great spot in the Eastern UP. Very private, sandy beach, clean lake, comfortable place, fire pit. Fun yard and beach for dogs! We would 100% stay here again, Many cool places to visit within an hour drive. Scott Point beach is incredible and well worth the 25ish minute drive. Post-Labor day we had the entire beach to ourselves and our dogs for hours on two separate days.

You will not go wrong with this beauty! Communication, check in and response from Marianne was seamless! The house is perfect! It was clean, well kept and spacious! The view and waterfront property were absolutely amazing and the sunsets were mesmerizing! We enjoyed the peace and quiet while being about an hour from attractions! This was everything we were looking for and our only regret was not staying longer!

Beautiful lakefront stay with my mother and my daughter’s family with toddlers ! It was great to walk out and just play on the beach ! House was clean, space for all , gorgeous skyline not far to town ! Private and quiet !

Adventure and Relaxation

This house is perfect! Everything we wanted to see/do was within an hour or less. On days we weren't out and about we were able to relax and unwind. The house was spacious for all of us to have privacy or gather together. There are so many options available for activities at the house. The kitchen was well equipped as it had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the view was spectacular. Definitely will stay again when in the area.

Beautiful house. On our first day, we were warmly welcomed by a flock of geese on the lake shore! A peaceful place, filled with the scent of pine trees. A perfect place to unwind from the city. Great location – an hour's drive to Picture Rock and an hour to Mackinaw Island. Thank you, Marianne, for the wonderful and prompt communication! We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Perfect stay!

My friends and I rented this property for my birthday trip, most of us had never been to the UP before and this house was perfect! We loved the view as well as the built in speakers on the inside and outside of the house, we spent a lot of time out on the porch listening to music and talking. The bonfire pit was great as well, with the ability to grill on it which we did use! For my first time renting a vrbo, we had a great time! Our host was wonderful and very friendly, she responded to every message or call, and answered every question we had throughout our stay! I highly recommend renting this property. It was very secluded and private, as well as quiet and simply beautiful! :)

We had a wonderful time in the UP. The location was about an hour away from the highlights that were on our list, and the home and lake were a perfect place to return back to after a full day of hiking and swimming. I had two kids (4 and 1yo) who particularly enjoyed the sandy beach, canoe, and fire pit at the house. And the fast WiFi was also a plus! We would absolutely stay here again.
