Summary:
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish newly renovated space. On the Mandalay Channel and 4 blocks from the beach, this fresh take on a one bedroom apartment will delight. The new kitchen is well appointed to serve your meal prep needs and a high top live edge table is a happy gathering place for friends and family. This space can be rented along with adjoining our apartment called Serenity if desired and available. Exterior renovation and pool construction is underway.
The Space: We are installing a pool so there is construction going on please be aware
Although the security camera is installed at the front door overlooking the walkway, it is not operational, so there is no active surveillance coverage.
The Neighborhood:
Please know there is pool construction going on til August.
Getting Around:
Jolley Trolley is nearby and includes the Publix grocery store on its line. Check the website for rates and map.
