Host friendly nd helpful. Fair Price Clean Stock with most basic needs.1st I want to say we would say here again. Things to consider b4 renting. If u can't crawl on your hands nd knees u won't be able to stay in the loft bedroom. The smoke alarm will go off when u start cooking. Tiny fry pan and 3 different sizes of saucepans only. No baked dishes No oven mitten but I left hot squares behind and dish sponges. Oh oven hand is broken. U might need 2 light the stove w a lighter that is in there The bathroom sink and bathtub have no seal. So the sink leaks when u turn it on be careful nd u can't take a bath. The shower is short, perfect for my 5ft gf but not me at 6ft I had to squad now. Hot water is limited nd the pressure, especially in the kitchen is terrible, hard to do dishes. Futon isn't uncomfortable but we sat at a picnic-style table on the porch instead. The house lights took us a few minutes 2 figure out. Wifi is slow/spoty and unsecured. As an online student, I had difficulty using the wifi.
