Great neighborhood. Nice house, clean. Be advised that the host requires an ID verification process (2x) that seems to maintain both a copy of your ID and face. I would have liked to know about the biometrics requirement prior to booking. That is the only reason for 4 stars versus 5.

I’m so glad you enjoyed the home and the neighborhood. I really appreciate you mentioning the ID verification process. It is handled securely through a third-party service, and we started using it after dealing with several cases of fraud and chargebacks that cost us thousands. I know it is not ideal, and I completely understand your concern. It disappoints me too that it adds any extra steps to the guest experience. I am always open to suggestions on how to make it smoother while keeping things safe for everyone. Thank you again for your understanding and kind words.
