About this property

Welcome to our cute and pet-friendly two-room cabin. The main room is furnished with a comfortable King bed, electric fireplace and tiny closet. The original kitchen is fairly small, but newly renovated and furnished with stove, fridge, small dining table, tableware, coffee maker and a toaster. Midsize tub-shower bathroom. The cabin has a screen porch. Smoke free cabin.

Our cost-efficient cottages have been family-owned for at least 30 years. We provide you with the traditional way of staying from the past, when hotels were few and far between. Come and stay with us to experience the peaceful woods of Bar Harbor, Maine.

Cancellation Policy:
100% (minus a $35 non-refundable processing fee) refund if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date.
50% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date.

Overall the cottage stay was fine. It was clean. The bathroom could definitely use a makeover - everything worked and there was plenty of hot water but it’s old. No extra towels were provided. The kitchen was newly renovated but it’s tiny. There’s a tiny refrigerator and no oven. And there are very few utensils, just the bare minimum. We stayed for three nights and cooked or prepared all of our meals there. The location to the park is very good. And overall it’s a totally acceptable place to stay when visiting Acadia.
