This townhome in Howland Village has it all: an inviting private patio, charming décor, and a wonderful location close to the Fletcher Pool and Tennis Complexes and the Cardio Room. The nautical, "beachy" décor will set the mood for a great Cape Cod vacation. On the main floor, there is a full kitchen, a half bath, and a comfortable living and dining room area. The living room has a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, a TV, ad A/C. Sliders off the living room lead to a private patio. The second floor has two beds and a newly renovated full bath. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, A/C, and sliders opening to a Juliet balcony. The second bedroom, has 2 twin beds and A/C.

Brewster Attractions~
Enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, countless miles for biking and walking. Bike rentals are available in various locations in Brewster along Route 6A.
Explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide to collect seashells, photos, and memories.
Enjoy magnificent sunsets summer over the Cape Cod Bay.
Make sure to visit Nickerson State Park, with two kettle ponds for kayak and paddle board (rentals available on site)
Play a round at Captains Golf Course!

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
