Welcome to the Panama City Beach Tiki House!

Complimentary Use of 4 passenger street legal Golf Cart for the duration of your stay. Huge value!

Modern Ranch home with tons of outdoor entertaining space located only a few blocks from the beach and a short distance from Pier Park. Private pool and hot tub. Large outdoor Tiki bar. Large covered back porch overlooking in ground pool. Home has brand new kitchen and baths. Home is located close to Pier Park, Frank Brown Park and much more.

Sleeps up to 8 guests. Home has a large 2 car garage. Flat screen televisions in every room. Brand new modern kitchen that is fully equipped. Free Wifi. Beach towels are be provided.

Bunks are suitable for children only. Houses best suited for a maximum of 6 adults plus children.

Great location. Close to the Beach and to Pier Park. Tons of restaurants and shopping located very close! Complimentary use of our Golf Cart for the duration of your stay. But you may never want to leave the house as the backyard is outstanding and house has everything you need!

Guests have full access to the entire home and and all amenities including pool, hot tub and tiki bar and golf cart (with requirements).

Guests will be given a unique door code that is activated for their reservation dates/times. Guests will be able to independently access home with unique access code with smart lock. Code will be active at check-in time on day of arrival.

Quiet residential neighborhood. Not located on a 'through' street so it is a quiet location. Located a few blocks from the Beach and 1 mile from Pier Park. Tons of restaurants and shopping close by.

Close to many restaurants and nearby shopping. Following places are easily accessible with the golf cart:
-Sandbar Restaurant
-Muy-Waynos restaurant
-Winn Dixie
-Pier Park and all the restaurants it has to offer
-Dusty's Oyster Bar
-Hungry Howies and Marcos Pizza
-Fast food such as McDonalds and Arbys

Get around on the house bike or scooters. Use of House Golf Cart during duration of your stay. Golf cart friendly area. Nearby restaurants and shopping easily accessible on bike or golf cart. Area is also Uber friendly. We are in close proximity to the PCB airport.

This home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Home is fully equipped with everything needed for a Beach/Pool home vacation. Bikes available for use.


No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. Age will be verified. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time is 8. This includes adults, infants and children. If additional guests wish to stay on the property they must be approved by the owner in advance and could possibly be subject to additional fees. For safety reasons, please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the property. Bringing additional unapproved guests could result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Golf cart is complimentary for guest use. Golf cart is street legal. There is a separate liability waiver that needs to be completed for use.

Perfect house for a family

The owners of this property made everything so easy from booking the rental all the way to check out! We stayed for a week with our 5 children (all 9 and under) we did not have to worry about pool floats, scooters or bikes. The house and property was very clean. The city shut the water off for about 3-4 hours and the owners door dashed water (with an infant that was amazing and we didn’t have to ask) the pool area was amazing. We loved how we were close to everything but not staying where there was a bunch of through traffic. We would 100% stay here again.

Great Location!

Our stay was great! The location of the house is perfect. We were very close to the beach but far enough away to still have privacy. The use of the golf cart was great. We rarely used our car once we checked into the house. That made it very easy to get to and from the beach. The pool was nice when we wanted to stay and relax at the house. Overall it was a great experience and we would consider staying there again if we are in PCB.

Great pool area

We had a wonderful stay in this clean, well cared for home. It appears to be the best house on the block. The pool is wonderful and gave us fun and relaxation. The spa is just an added benefit as is all the stuff in the garage for getting around and playing. Love the golf cart. Great for kids. Easy to find places to go and to eat. This was our second visit and will probably not be our last.

Great getaway!

The house was perfect for us! The location was close enough to all the action, but far enough away from the beach road to not have the crazy traffic. The Gulf decided to have double red flags for almost our entire stay, so the pool and spa were a vacation-saver! The house was comfortable and was well stocked with most of what we needed. Any communication with the Hosts was answered almost immediately during our stay. Definately would recommend.

We loved this property!

Our family stayed here for 7 nights last week. We absolutely loved it! It was super close to everything. The kids loved how deep the pool was. Property owners were excellent to communicate with! The neighbors cut branches off their palm trees and some debris got into the pool. They had someone there that day to clean the pool. Our family will definitely be back! Thanks for a great vacation!

If you're looking for the perfect family beach vacation spot, this is it. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return. The property is extremely convenient in the best location. Shopping, restaurants, and the beach only 2 or 3 minutes away in a quiet neighborhood. The Owners have thought of just about everything that you could possibly need.. from plenty of beach towels to hair dryers.. golf cart and bicycles.. It's very obvious that they want you to have a great stay. The home is very clean and well cared for.. with appliances in great working order. It was very stress-free and relaxing throughout our stay. The pool, spa and tiki bar are wonderful..

Hot tub lover

My husband and I took our two kids and in laws to Florida and this house was great. The weather was overcast and gloomy some of the days and let me tell you that the hot tub came in handy! They had bikes, beach toys, and pool toys. They had everything you needed for the beach. The golf cart came in handy but it only holds four people so we ended up still needing the car but parking was easy to find. Thanks for the memories!

Secluded family fun spot with all the beach/community action a quick step away!

We were hesitant about staying in a regular neighborhood versus hotel/condo, but this home rental was perfect. The backyard is completely enclosed by a privacy fence for seclusion - water toys and inflatables provided. The pool had shallow and nice deep end so great for adults and children and it has an attached hot tub. It was so nice for the kids to be able to get up and jump in the pool at 6am. :-) We walked to the beach and the neighborhood was nice and area home owners friendly. The beach is great for shell hunting and nice to cool off as it’s very breezy-beach is on quieter end of strip. We also used the golf cart to drive to the beach, nice when you want to take a bunch of stuff. Grocery and restaurants in walking distance and shopping and bigger restaurants short drive away. The home is comfortable, clean, modern, decorated nicely and had everything you could need appliance wise. The internet connectivity/speed supported the TV and all our smart phones and laptops with no problem. You will really enjoy this property because of the pool and hot tub-no having to worry what you look like, walk down to a pool to find a chair, or worry about it being too crowded. We were 2 families of 4 adults, 2 teens and 3 young children and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This place was everything as advertised. Very clean, very quiet, and very close to everything. The pool was warm, and cleaned twice while we were there. Everyone enjoyed the tiki bar as well. Everyone in our party agreed that should we return to Panama City next year for baseball, we will defiantly reach out to Angela and Brad, in hopes of staying here again.
