A great place - A great stay!

This property was ... wonderful. It was exactly as described and as we expected. We especially appreciated a few thoughtful items we didn't expect - like the case of cold water bottles awaiting us in the fridge! We may have also enjoyed a nice bottle of wine after a busy and hot day of sight-seeing *wink* - thank you! All communication was timely and helpful as was the notebook of info in the apartment. Thank you again for working with our arrival time. ¡Hasta la proxima vez que regresamos!

Very Disappointing

The first morning after check-in, only one working toilet and no maintenance was available. By the next morning, neither of the showers were useable due to all the plumbing being backed up.

We did our best to accommodate your concerns as quickly as possible, but your stay ended shortly after the issue was reported, limiting our ability to resolve it while you were still in the unit. We take guest comfort seriously and have since fully addressed the issue to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to improve.
