Beautiful condo right on the boardwalk with a pool!

Enjoy this luxury condominium building on the Boardwalk located between Talbot and Dorchester Streets at the downtown inlet area. This side unit, three bedroom, two and a half bath condo overlooks the outdoor pool deck from a south facing balcony. Condo has classic, comfortable furnishings and a designer kitchen that is fully equipped for your stay Wifi is provided, but note the TV's in this condo are streaming only. Sleeping up to 8 guests, the primary bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom two singles, plus there is a queen sleep sofa in the living room.
In addition to the superb downtwon location, Belmont Towers also boasts a private garage with 2 assigned spots with the rental, elevators, fitness room, putting green and outdoor pool with large sundeck. Enjoy magnificent views of Assateague Island, the Inlet, beach and swimming pool - walk the world famous Boardwalk at your leisure!
Guest provides sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. Washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
Non-smoking, Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

We really enjoyed stay. The security staff were excellent and wouldn’t let us girl walk alone in the garage and escorted us to the elevator. I would love to stay here again. Location is perfect.

The floors were disgustingly filthy everyone’s feet were black within minutes, icemaker didn’t work, the dryer wouldn’t dry our clothes, blood stains on the bedding, vertical blinds on some of the sliding doors were busted and didn’t operate properly……this property could be very nice but for the price it’s not worth it

Every year my family stays in the Belmont the past 6 years and have always enjoy the building This one left a lot to be desired! Very disappointed The keys into the room was a MAJOR issue, the electronic keypad was not working correctly, which we were told, but it’s completely unacceptable for the worry, and then the extra inconvenience for the price tag you pay. We also struggled to reach the after hours people after several phone call attempts. Dryer was awful took forever to dry clothes No carpet - even though it was shown in the picturesIce machine does not work at all Absolutely nothing extra! NOTHING..from tape to pens/paper ,salt and pepper, dish soap,Hand soap- No starter pack to get you through the first couple days like most condos accommodate you with. Tv master bedroom, VERY SMALL Very little utensils ,plates, coffee cups for a three bedroom condo that generally people stay for a full week??!!No throw rugs to help with slipping, especially in the bathroom

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I am very sorry that you had issues with our property. The lock has been fixed. I do not see where you reported it to us; however, the cleaner who went after your departure did report a problem, and it was fixed immediately. As the properties that we rent are privately owned, paper products and soaps are not supplied. This is noted in the property description, your lodging agreement, and then again on your check-in email that you receive a few days before your arrival. We have mentioned this to you several times before your arrival. We truly want you to have a great vacation with no worries and no issues. We will inventory the kitchen supplies in the fall and restock as needed. Please know that had you called us, we would have been happy to deliver more plates, coffee mugs etc to you for your stay.

Excellent Location!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this condo. We love the location and the amenities. It works well for our family. Needs some updating - new kitchen chairs and the beds are getting a little worn out -- could use some cushioning. But - other than than those small things - we love this condo. Having a washer/dryer in the unit is essential with small kids. Being close to the boardwalk is fantastic - everyone finds something to do and is never bored. The pool is great -- I do with there was a bigger kiddie area, but we survive just fine. Good amount of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances all work very well. 2 parking spaces is essential for family travel - we love the parking. The rooms are a great size! Master bathroom is fantastic - plenty of space - and our kids love the big bathtub! We look forward to staying here again next year. Belmont towers staff is very responsive to any issues that occur and are very friendly.

Uugh!!

Toilet in master bath unusable during the entire 5 night stay due to water leak in ceiling. Maintenance threw some towels down and said they couldn't gain access to above unit. Never received an update. Generally dirty. Dishwasher full. Pool closed. Not a single chair on balcony. Blind slat laying on ground. Very dissapointing.

THE BELMONT

The building was beautiful and close to everything but there were lots of cupboards in the bedrooms with about 5 hangers total, no where to hang your clothes. kitchen was very nice but also had lots of empty cupboards and drawers, no cookie sheets to put things in the oven. the TV's in the bedrooms were probably 20 inch TV's. the TV in the living room was a little bigger but I'm guessing 32". the worst part of the whole stay was that the swimming pool was green. the 12 page contract stated the hours for the outdoor and indoor swimming pool, we went looking for the indoor pool since the outdoor pool was green we find out there is no indoor pool. will not go back to this place.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

We had quite a few issues during our stay. The biggest one being the screen to the sliding door falling off and hitting my 2 month old. Fortunately he was unphased as only the screen hit him and not the frame. My brother was able to put it back on, only to find out it’s nearly impossible to open the glass part of the door and could only be done from the outside. All of the sliding doors were a little difficult to open. The beds and comforters were covered in other peoples hair. The ice maker did not work. The shower handle in the shared bathroom was broken and water leaks all over the floor if you open the door with the water on. The shower head in the jacuzzi sprayed water out of the handle. The backs were missing from some of the remotes and the batteries fell out when you picked them up. The floors were filthy. I think that was everything.. I did contact the owner during our stay and he offer to put in work orders and have someone come clean the floors. We didn’t want to wait around for someone to come, or leave our personal belongings unattended so we declined and just delt with the issues. The location was great and it was nice to have 2 parking spaces included. The kitchen was beautiful and the rooms were spacious. It definitely had the potential to be a nice stay. There were just too many issues and for them not to be noticed by the staff prior to our stay seems far fetched.

Rented this out for a bachelorette party for 8 girls. It was perfect for us and in a good location. We felt safe at this location which is a huge plus. The condo was fairly clean (floors were sandy) but other than that there’s no issues.

Everything great but the one issue killed it

Spacious, awesome location, great having two parking spots. All great…BUT, urine smell in shared bathroom made it essentially unusable. Management did come and clean but smell lingered so it left us only able to use the master and half bath. Other than that- place was great!

Good with the bad

My family and I had a great time over the weekend and we were super close to the beach, boardwalk, rides, etc. When we arrived to the unit we did have to clean up and noticed some of the furniture was damaged. Make sure to look over everything before you let elderly family members sit on anything (for obvious reasons). Besides those few things the location and view were awesome!

Enjoyed this nice 3BR condo in the Inlet area of Ocean City. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Great location with easy access to boardwalk and beach. Suggest checking in later if you have a Saturday arrival as not enough elevators or luggage carts to go around from 4-6pm.

Gorgeous Views of the Inlet and Bay and all the Rides lite up at Night ! Shower in Main Bathroom leaked some when you opened the Door . Would like a Larger Trash Can in the Kitchen and some Towel holders in the Bathroom . Overall We enjoyed staying in this Condo . Hope to Return next Year 🌞😁

Nice location right above the pool

Very nice location on the boardwalk and close to food / restaurants. Mini mart across street for beer, wine, small items you may need. Central reservations was the managing company and did a great job. The carpet smelled near the coffee table and they sent their cleaning crew and steam cleaned the entire place the same day.
