The Space:

This spacious 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhome is your perfect waterfront escape, filled with bright, natural light.



Living Area: A large family room provides ample space for your group to relax and entertain.

Bedrooms: The primary bedroom offers serene views overlooking the water and the private pier.

Kitchen & Dining: An open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped for your stay.

Outdoor Space: A sliding door opens to a large deck, a small yard, and your own private pier & dock. It's the perfect spot for fishing, crabbing, or simply

watching the amazing sunsets.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire 2-bedroom townhome, including the deck, yard, and private pier. Entry is seamless and secure with a smart lock. You will be provided with a unique door code for the duration of your stay, ensuring a contactless check-in experience.

This home was recently renovated and has a crisp, clean feel to it. View of the canal from the back deck is so relaxing. Washer and dryer in the unit which is so handy. Bag of goodies ready for you when you arrive to make your stay more comfortable. Very nice vacation!!

Outstanding Getaway

This entire house has been beautifully renovated, and was extremely clean upon arrival. We loved the location, the cleanliness, the lovely deck overlooking the canal, and just the overall comfortable feeling. This house is exceptional! We only wish we could have stayed longer. We will certainly be returning!

Girls Weekend

Great location. Amazing deck with water views. Very cool for playing cards and just hanging out. The neighbors were friendly. Good parking. Beds were OK. There was minimal house needs. We were a group of women and we only had two rolls of toilet paper. That part was disappointing. We bought almost everything we needed including more dish soap. So be prepared. Otherwise, good communication and location.
