Beach themed tropical Pool Home, family fun and pet friendly.

My beautiful furnished home will have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths available for your relaxation. Upon entry you will immediately notice the large open floor space with a comfortable sectional couch and treasures from the sea drawing you out to the pool lanai and a large dinning room table that seats 6. The fully furnished open kitchen allows you to cook any meal you desire. The master bedroom and bath are newly remodeled with walk in shower and closet. The master bedroom has glass sliding doors with a beautiful view of the pool area from your comfortable King size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and walk in closet with bed side tables and dresser. The second room opens to the pool bathroom that is a shower and bath combination, that also opens up to the pool lani.
The living room sliding glass doors open to the pool area adorned with a Tiki hut and an Infrared gas grill for your entertainment. There are plenty of pool floats and toys available for play. The screened in enclosure and tropical landscapes allows for great privacy while you kick your feet up and catch some sun rays. There is an empty lot next to the house allowing more privacy and room to play. My home is your home so please come and enjoy yourselves! I have decorated my house with the things I love and enjoy sharing them with others! Wifi and Cable included along with stereo systems inside the house and on the back Lani.

Wonderful Hostess

Virginia is a very considerate hostess for her house. She tries to to make sure her clients are comfortable and enjoying their stay. She is a VERY nice person . She was exceptionally kind during our mixup of dates. The pool is solar heated and when warm enough it is totally delightful. The master bedroom is spacious with plenty of hanging and storage space. I enjoyed the extra soft chair there for reading & relaxing. It's very nice to have a TV in the master, also. The bed is nice and comfortable !! Plenty of glassware in the kitchen. Good clothes washer and dryer, which is great to have available. The sectional sofa in the living room is certainly comfortable and spacious !!

Great vacation. The property was great. The owner was great. We really enjoyed the pool since we could not go to the beach because of COVID 19 virus. We hope we can visit next year.

Fabulous stay at Virginia’s house!

I rented Virginia’s house to accommodate family members that I did not have room for. So glad I did! Love the beachy theme of every room. The living room area was huge and very comfy! Very nice kitchen that was stocked with everything they needed. No need to purchase paper products, condiments and spices because she had them all available. Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. So glad they had a laundry room so they didn’t need to bring me their dirty clothes! The pool area was perfect! A great place for all of them to hang out. You will find Virginia a wonderful person to work with. When you call or text her she will get right back to you. She’s so pleasant to talk to and so accommodating! You won’t regret choosing this wonderful house in a nice neighborhood in Cape Coral, Florida. She could be asking a lot more than she did for rent so I consider her place is great bargain!

I was born and raised here locally in Cape Coral, Florida. Growing up near the water I began a love affair with the ocean and all of its wonders so I collected every shell sponge and creature I could find. I love being near the salt water and enjoying all of its treasures. The shell collection you will see around the house are from my many Scuba Diving adventures and travels from around the state.

Why they chose this property

I love the lush landscaping and fruit trees on the property at first glance and when I walked through the front doors and saw the open floor plan leading to the pool I fell in love. The central location was also very important I am only a few miles away from most restaurants shopping and beaches.
