This is an amazing property. It has everything to make amazing memories with family and friends. Jessica was wonderful to work with. Would definitely stay here again. Property was clean and organized. Each room has plenty of room. We made many wonderful memories:)

Property worked great for our Family Reunion. Plenty of entertainment on the property and the backyard was very private and secluded. Host and pool guy were attentive and handled all our needs. Good space for large families and sleeping arrangements worked great!

Jessica our PM was amazing! She went above and beyond to answer our questions and any issues or concerns . Greg our maintenance guy was fast and efficient in answering questions as well. The house was very clean and well taken care of. We couldn’t ask for a better bedroom arrangement for our family!!! The kitchen was state of the art and perfect for entertaining! Everyone enjoyed the pool and all the outdoor activities kept kids and adults engaged for hours! Our family loved it so much that everyone wants to come back. We literally cried tears of joy because our family loved it so much!

We had a wonderful stay and experience at the Max Resort. Beautiful property that my family of 18 enjoyed immensely. The layout of the home was perfect for us to have our own space when we wanted solitude or when we wanted to all be together. The kitchen/living room area was our favorite spot to hang out, except outside in the pool. It was between 115 - 120 F degrees while we were there. So unfortunately, we did not get to do a lot of the outdoor activities but the entire set up was nice. We would highly recommend this home for a large family vacation.

We’ve rented many VRBO homes for family vacations over the years, and this was by far the best. The property exceeded our expectations in every way—beautiful, spacious, incredibly clean, and stocked with absolutely everything we could possibly need.The outdoor space is amazing, with something for everyone, and despite having so many amenities, everything was exceptionally well maintained. You can tell a lot of thought and care goes into making sure guests have a great experience.The pictures and description are impressive, but somehow the property is even better in person. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family and would absolutely stay here again!

The property is beautiful . Overall our stay was excellent. We had a few issues. The air went out on part of the main house and we didn’t have air for 24 hours. They did address that as quickly as possible. The outlets in the master bathroom didn’t work, when asked about it, they did try to trouble shoot, but it was never fixed the whole time. Definitely annoying to not be able to get ready in that bathroom. It was a perfect location for our wedding weekend. Jessica, is quick to respond to you. Greg is great as well.

This is one of our favorite properties. It was well stocked with necessities upon our arrival. The space is generous and can accommodate many more than we brought. It was a nice size for us because it gave everyone space to spread out. The pool is fantastic to fight the Arizona heat. There's a lot of shaded areas outside if you don't want to be in the sun. Jessica was excellent and very responsive.

The photos don’t do this house justice - it’s absolutely beautiful and very well laid out so everyone isn’t on top of each other. So many places to hang out, the pool is lovely, and the kitchen is absolutely fantastic (and very well stocked compared to most rentals!). The hosts were very responsive and helpful both in booking leading up to the trip and during our stay. Fabulous house - would definitely stay here again

Amazing stay. Our group of 20 enjoyed the amenities in January. The heated pool was perfect, and we all enjoyed the beautiful backyard games and heated patio tables. We appreciated the labeled kitchen organization, ready supply of cooking essentials, and easily accessible cleaning products. The host was very communicative ahead of the stay, which helped us organize rooms and beds in advance. The area is convenient to the highway with restaurants and grocery stores less than 5 minutes away.

Above and beyond in every aspect. Large spaces to gather and small places to escape away for a quiet conversation. Lots of activities, offers comfort for the entire party.
