Lots of room and clean

The house had plenty of room for us and was clean. It was a mile to the beach, but only short walk to some restaurants and coffee shop The only minor issue was some bulbs were out in the master bedroom and the toilet was constantly running.

Not Handicap friendly

Our trip consisted of 4 handicap. Two of which were unable to do steps. Two having breathing disorders. They had to deal with ivy growing in the room from the outside and spiderwebs on the bench holding the TV and spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling. So all 12 of us congregated in the lowest bedroom and lowest patio. Parking is a nightmare. You get two spots. Good luck finding parking for any other vehicles. Park wrong you will be towed.

The toilet in master bath leaks everything you flush it. We turned off the water line to that toilet. The toilet in the powder room runs constantly if you don't wiggle the handle to make it stop. The masterbed is ridiculously too high to get in and out of and the master sliding glass doors need more curtain panels for privacy and to block the sun from waking you up early in the morning. I had to sleep and dress in the guest bed room. Let's also mention all the hideously brush painted furniture that has a matt finish on it like flat wall paint. Same privacy and sun issues with the lack of curtain panels in the living room also. This was not a comfortable vista for us and we will definitely not be returning guests.

Great Location - Excellent Communication

The location of this house was amazing. Worth the stay, only a quick drive to the beach in one direction and Tanger outlets in the other. Heads up, lots of stairs (4 floors). The house is equipped with beach chairs, towels, bikes in the garage etc. The furniture was comfortable and finishes were nice! We would stay there again! We had a few questions early on and contacting the property management was easy with quick responses.

Great home in a great location

This home was perfect for our group of 2 adults and 5 teenagers. All of the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Having the sheets and towels provided was an added bonus. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee. The location was perfect for walking to the restaurants and shops in town or accessing Route 1 to go to the outlets and other restaurants. Possibly the best thing about the location is the proximity to Pasqualini’s Bakery!
