OVERVIEW: Welcome to RBREEZE! This spacious, beautiful, impeccably maintained end-unit townhouse is located just off Rehoboth Avenue in Shoal Harbor. Shoal Harbor is one of the newest communities in Rehoboth Beach! Just eight blocks from the beach, a relaxing 15-20 minute walk or bike ride to all the shopping and restaurants of downtown Rehoboth and the acclaimed Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, only a 5-minute drive to premium Tanger Outlets (TAX-FREE), or enjoy the new, four-mile Rehoboth-Lewes bike path is also nearby. The gated community has a centrally located pool, assigned parking, and a large community playground w/ Farmer's Market just one block from the community.
The townhouse offers two levels- the ground level is a gorgeous open concept with a powder room, a sleep sofa, and access to the rear patio. Your second level provides three bedrooms, laundry facilities, and a balcony with pool views. Your primary bedroom offers a large ensuite with a handheld shower, a walk-in closet, and a king bed. Shoal Harbor is a family-oriented community; there are only family rentals and no large party groups.
LOCATION: Downtown Rehoboth Beach. The community is off Rehoboth Ave and a quick walk to Rehoboth Boardwalk and Beach!
PARKING: One spot in the garage and one assigned spot. There is no overflow.
AMENITIES: Hardwood flooring, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, rear patio with gas grill, gated community for security, and community pool.Electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental package. Parking is very strict, and there is no overflow.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
