This home is 7300+ square feet with over 2000 sq feet of decking, balconies and porches. It is beautifully landscaped and located on 2 lots on Kiawah’s Osprey golf course. It features a private pool. The main house has 4 bedrooms, large kitchen, dining room, family room and office. The guest wing features 2 large bed rooms, kitchen, dining area and family room. 6 bedrooms have a private bathroom. There is a 7th bedroom that has 2 twin beds but does not have a bathroom. Rooms are large and bright with vaulted ceilings.
Short 10 min walk to the beach. Bike path directly across the street.

My husband and son stayed in this house with 6 other father/sons and had a wonderful time. They couldn’t say enough about their stay and the owner is super friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend staying here!

The home got some more food. Well, I’m gonna go out and walk.
It was perfect for the 14 of us---everyone had a bed and bathroom and lots of indoor and outdoor space, plus a pool table and big screen TV---AND three refrigerators and a great grill.
The property was spacious and provided a bedroom & bath for our party. It had all the amenities we needed. The pool was nice but needs to be clean on arrival and covered so the leaves and the debris from the tree's stay out of the pool.

Thank you, Alex, for the kind review. The pool is normally clean upon arrival but due to some heavy storms the week you arrived the pool company was running behind schedule and completed the cleaning later in the afternoon on your arrival date. Please consider us in the future.

Our second time here and things have improved from 2 years ago. Remodeled kitchen and master bedroom bathroom. Rooms freshly painted, 3 new refrigerators and other small items repaired and/or redone. It's not complete perfection, but it absolutely serves the purpose of providing an extended family a comfortable weekly stay in Kiawah. Joe is an amazing host and any issue we had he took care of.

This house is way too big unless you have a large family gathering—which we did. If you do have a large group, this house is perfect.
The location, just off the Allee of Oaks, is great. The pool is a HUGE family hit.
And that the house also has 3 refrigerators and 2 sets of washers and dryers makes vacationing much easier.
The house was perfect for our large group of friends. There was plenty of room to gather together and also have small group conversations! The location is beautiful, with lots of wildlife and flora.
My only suggestion would be bring extra towels.

The pics don’t do justice to this massive house. We were able to easily accommodate a large group of family and friends. Huge well equipped common areas. Golf course right in the backyard. The property manager was very responsive. Would love to stay here again.
This house fits our family of 16 (3 generations) perfectly. There have been some updates since last time we stayed, appreciated the cleanliness. Great location for riding bikes to the beach. Used the pool and pool table every day. Cooked 90% of our meals, kitchen well stocked. Would love to come back again!
The manager was great. He sent great information before our stay and answered all questions. There was a problem with one of the airconditioners and manager immediately contacted service company and a new capacitor was quickly installed! Because there are several AC units this did not diminish the quality of our stay. This is a large house with an unusual floor plan but it was perfect for our multigenerational family. The pool was lovely (but the directions should be updated that there is no longer a pool cover to worry about). The kitchen was well equipped for fixing evening meals for all to share. The youngest grandchild learned to ride a 2-wheeler while we were there, and the family worked together and completed a 1000-piece puzzle after daily walks to the beach! In all a wonderful week on Kiawah Island.

There is so much space... and with 2 kitchens, so many possibilities. It needs some TLC here and there, but it served us very well, and we would stay there again. Joe was available, helpful, and very accommodating. The home has all you need to move right in. I won't give it 5 stars, as it is a bit dated and needs some work in places. But this is an amazing place, in a great Kiawah location!
The facility was large, as was advertised. It was in minor disrepair, although most things worked and it met our needs. [The 2nd washer/dryer didn't work and there was a faucet in the MBR that did not work] It would have been nice to have a decent vacuum cleaner or a broom since we were there a week and like a clean home.
Great home that met our groups’ needs perfectly. Grand rooms with plenty of space to congregate but also plenty of privacy in the sleeping areas. This house is great for a group of friends, large family or multiple family traveling party. Awesome outdoor space with a nice pool and stunning views of the 14th hole on Osprey Point. This home is in a perfect location on the island close to golf, the beach and all other amenities. The kitchen and baths were well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Lots of parking available in two separate driveways and garages for the property. The owner was very responsive and provided plenty of information about the home and the surrounding area. We definitely look forward to visiting again soon.
