Property was very nice and owner was very accomodating. Nice sitti g areas on front porch amd back patio. The kida liked all the toys and available games. Perfect walking distance to downtown and Dairy Grille!

Great House & Location

My family of 4 stayed at this property for a week. The location was amazing. You can walk downtown in less than 2 minutes. The house was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath and a big kitchen. The hosts were super kind and responsive. I would highly recommend.

This property worked out well for our family. We loved being able to walk into town. Kitchen had everything we needed. We did have issues w the dishwasher, but it didn't impact the overall vacation. We loved the grill and hanging out in all the outdoor areas. Kris was super responsive, and we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome basket filled with lots of goodies.

Great stay in Charlevoix

My husband and I rented Kristine’s lovely home for two weeks this past June. We were greeted with a beautiful basket of wonderful local goodies and even more in the fridge. We have never stayed in such a well stocked home. The house has a wonderful location close to everything. We had our 4 year old grandson visit us for a few days and he loved all the items she had for children. The home was very clean and we highly recommend for everyone who loves summer in Charlevoix.

Best vacation in Charlevoix!

I can’t say enough great things about the host. We had to rent the property last min and Kristin was kind, responsive and so flexible. I had two girls with me and she met us with marshmallow kit and snacks at the house. It’s 3 min walk to be right in town and a quick walk to the beach. The home is very well remodeled, super clean and very comfortable. You know Kristin takes great pride in the home as you walk in - candles, pillows and cozy blankets. We rent a lot around the world and this is by far the best experience we had in over 15 years.

I am a 30 year resident of Charlevoix and enjoy sharing this beautiful town with visitors. This property is newly renovated and listed.
While this property is new to the rental marke, I am not.
I rented out our family cottage for many years. I got to know many of our renters as they became regulars. I enjoyed seeing their enthusiasm as I made improvements to the cottage over time.

Why they chose this property

This house is an ideal location with downtown only steps away and beaches and attractions a short walk. Before listing the house for want, I had different groups try it out to let me know what they liked and disliked. Luckily the likes far outweighed the dislikes. Location, location, location wins the day. Each group raved about being able to walk to everything.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location! If you are lucky enough to have it, you are lucky enough.
I love the location, but I also look forward to providing amenities that enhance the guest experience. I have provided fun games for every age, including cards, puzzles, Banana gram, Frazzle, jump rope, bubbles, sidewalk chalk, bug catchers, balls, toddler toys, connect four, corn hole, Jenga, the list goes on. I want our guest to have fun and want to come back, I want people to feel like this is their home away from home.
