Stunning Chalet on beautiful Lake Rescue, VT.

Nestled along 100 feet of pristine shoreline, our breathtaking home in Ludlow, VT, offers a year-round retreat on Lake Rescue.

Summer Bliss: Delight in the warmth of summer as you indulge in swimming, boating, or simply lounging by the lake. Our private dock and float serves as your gateway to endless water fun.

Double Kayak + single Kayak + canoe available for your use and included with your stay.

Golf: Outstanding spring, summer, and fall golf within minutes. Fox Run (formerly Okemo Valley) and Green Mountain National are top tier tracks. Great home for your one or two foursomes!

Winter Wonderland: The home has a beautiful fireplace on each level plus an outdoor firepit. Minutes to Okemo and Killington. Ice skating, sleigh riding, cross country skiing on the lake outside our front door. Just down the road is Okemo for downhill skiing, snowboarding, kid's snowmobile tours, snow tubing park, snow sap excursions, pool, racquet ball, gym, full service spa --- all available at Okemo.

Endless Activities: Ludlow offers a variety of attractions, restaurants, and bars.

Hi speed internet, cable TV, 8 min to town with shopping and dining, 5 min to Okemo, 20 to Killington. Regarded as one of the best fishing lakes in Vermont, public tennis courts, Okemo tennis and golf.

Great golf house for TWO foursomes - 2 epic courses with 10-20 minutes - Fox Run (formerly Okemo Valley is just down the road) and Green Mountain National.

5 min to Okemo's Adventure Zone, Mountain Biking, Timber Ripper Mountain Coaster, Zip line tours, AMP Energy Big Air Bag, disc golf, Rock Wall climbing, Stump Bungee Trampoline, hiking/ biking trails.

Wood available in shed, large deck with swing for two, upper & lower dining tables - seating for 6+, gas grill, cooler/bar, fire pit.

You will be renting the LOWER LEVEL of home.

3 bedrooms, (one king + 2 twins + 2 twins) den, fireplace, newly renovated full kitchen, breakfast bar with high top seating for 6, all new appliances, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, 1.5 baths.

Large deck with two eating areas on two different levels. Upper deck with umbrella accommodates seating for 6+.

Please return kayaks to fence area next to wood shed to avoid theft.

**PET POLICY**

We do allow (1) dog over the age of 1 per visit (we're dog lovers, but no puppies please) and there will be a $100 flat fee. Please let us know at the time of booking. There will be an additional fee if there is any damage. If you have any questions about the pet policy please message us.

Garbage must be placed into a garbage bag before going into receptacle.

No cats due to allergies of family members.

Please strip beds that you used during your stay Please place WET towels in UPPER bath tub -- and sheets on washer/dryer on main level next to kitchen. Please turn off all fans and lights.
EMPTY all items in refrigerator(s). Trash cans are located to LEFT side of home as you exit lower level. TRASH MUST BE BAGGED or property manager will charge us extra to bag individual items.

Peaceful Lake Getaway

You can't beat the location! We greatly enjoyed being right on the lake with beautiful views and easy access to kayaking.

Quiet, private, and secluded!

Our family has been enjoying all 4-seasons at our home for almost 50 years now!

In addition to enjoying the fishing, swimming and lounging on the lake, you can also enjoy world class golf just 2 miles down the road at FOX RUN golf course.

Okemo Resort for skiing and snowboarding is also 2 miles down the road. Killington is about 20 minutes north.

Don't miss the MAPLE CREAMIES .5 miles down the road at the Sugar House.

Be sure to also check out LONG TRAIL BREWERY for lunch/dinner and great beer. Brewery is a 20 minute drive to Bridgewater, VT which is also towards Woodstock, VT.
