3BR beach house. Steps from private beach. Gardens, wraparound porch. Quiet St.

Now accepting bookings for summer 2025, one week minimum, Saturday-Saturday.

2024 weekends available, flexible dates, 3 night minimum.

Lovely 1928 beach house/cottage with access to two beaches (steps from each one) avail for limited weekly summer rentals. Kelsey Point, Clinton. Enjoy the sun and sand, grill on the wraparound porch, lounge in the gardens in the private back yard. Visit Lobster Landing, Hammonassett State Park. Shower in the luxurious outdoor shower. Quiet, residential street with two beaches availble. House is supplied with linens, beach chairs, etc. Currently set up for 5 with BR1:queen, BR2: full, BR3:twin, but can add another twin to BR3 to sleep six.

Renting to responsible folks who will enjoy this little oasis. Pets considered on a case by case basis. Security deposit required.

Sweet little house, particularly the lush gardens and the access to Long Island Sound and Duck Island Roads.

There is so much love in this home. It has everything needed to make the perfect vacation. The beach is across the street, fantastic walkable neighborhood, and close to so many shops and restaurants!

Great beach house!! Can't wait to come back

We stayed here with our kids for a beach overnight. Super cute house that feels very homey. Beach access was so close and easy and loved the backyard privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walks. Hosts were great, answered all of our questions and provided great house instructions. Beach chairs and umbrellas made for an easy visit for us. They even accommodated our dog, which is really nice. We will be back!

Absolutely Charming!

We’ve been coming to the Connecticut shoreline for years and this was by far our favorite beach house. It is spacious, clean, comfortable and just plain charming. Everything about the place is so tastefully done, including the fenced in back yard complete with a vegetable garden and fire pit. The outdoor shower is a great touch, and the home is stocked with everything you could want/need for your getaway in any season. Also worth mentioning - the beds are amazingly comfy and cozy. Do not hesitate to grab this place if it’s available.
