A comfortable, cozy, clean and relaxing vacation home with beautiful ocean views. Everything you need is in walking distance so park your car in the two car driveway that is not shared with others and don't get back in until your stay is over!

This property is located on the much desired island section of Hampton. It is in a quiet neighborhood but just steps to Hampton Beach (6 houses from the beach without crossing a street) and the Hampton Boardwalk. Enjoy relaxing in the enclosed front porch or catch a cool sea breeze from the open air back porch. All four bedrooms are on the second floor along with a half bath.

Amenities include an updated kitchen for 2019, dishwasher, AC, cable, Wi-Fi, LG Smart TV, a full size gas grill in the private backyard, ceiling fans, box fans, new mattresses, new dressers, new floors upstairs and down, family games, books and new accessories in the kitchen (plates, bowls, Cuisinart coffee maker, wine glasses, steak knives, etc..),

Across the street is a convenience store, café (for coffee, breakfast and lunch), Laundromat, Mexican restaurant and an Ice Cream parlor.

This house was bought in the fall of 2015 so please keep checking back for updated photos as we continue the upgrades! Having your own house, a driveway for parking, no one above or below you, updated amenities and more will absolutely make for a perfect family vacation experience!! Irish Mist ~ Great Location

Great location to everything, plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed our time there & looking forward to returning another time. Nice home & neighbors. Everything provided including an outdoor hose to get the sand off!

Beautiful house!

We stayed here two years ago and loved it. This year it was even better. There have been updates to the house since we were here last. I would definitely recommend this rental for the location too. Close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. I will absolutely rent again.

The Irish Mist

The listing was accurate..great location, clean and enough space for a large family. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The electric fireplace was cozy during this time of year. It was my brother's 40th birthday and he loves the casino there and being by the beach. I highly recommend the Irish Mist and would stay again!

Great place and location!

We rented the cottage last week and loved it. My family has been going to Hampton for over 50 years. We all stay in the Island Section. I loved the location because we were right in the middle of everyone else’s cottages. It was clean and bright. The front porch was great. There were plenty of fans to go around but we actually had a beautiful week. With the new Covid restrictions, we didn’t know how this year was going to go but we had a great time. I’ll definitely rent this cottage again.

Overall, it was every thing we needed.

We had a wonderful time. The house had plenty of room for a family get together. We live in Florida and my kids and grandchildren live in NH so it was just the house to fit us all. It was a short walk to the Beach and the store was very convenient across the street. Short walk to all the stores. The neighbor "Bud" was very helpful with parking. Parking is at a premium at the beach. It was a wonderful time and I would highly recommend renting this house.

Perfect Vacation Home

We stayed here the week of 7.22.17-7.29.17. The home was great and fit our family perfectly. Our grandkids loved the "Dory" room and both slept great the whole week. This vacation home had everything that we needed and the location to beach and boardwalk was perfect. Check in was a breeze with no complications at all. Very Nice Home, perfect location

Me and my family were very pleased with the house. There is more than enough room for 8 people. There were a.c up and downstairs and more than enough fans to keep us cool at night. There is only one regret, that was not being able to access the upper decks, although we understood why, there were some nights it would have been nice to sit there.

Absolutely loved it!

My friends and I only stayed for the weekend and we did not want to leave! Perfect distance to the beach, good size yard and deck for a barbeque and everything in the house including the house itself was perfect. We are definitely coming back next year.

Perfect Beach House!

We loved our stay here. The house is neat and clean. The location is perfect, we walked everywhere the entire stay! Across the street is a great breakfast place with delicious coffee! Checking in and out was a breeze. I highly recommend this place for your Hampton Beach vacation home!

My parents have been renting the same cottage in the island section of Hampton Beach since before I was born. Over the years my extended family (aunts/uncles/family friends etc.) have also rented the same cottages for years!! When my husband and I got married we added yet another rental and have continued with our growing family (we have three kids under the age of six). We bought this cottage in the fall of 2015 to have our own cottage and eventually pass it down to the kids.

Why they chose this property

Our house is absolutely amazing! It is in the island section of Hampton Beach which means it is just over the bridge and between the main street and the beach. There are only a couple streets that make up this area. All of these houses have no street to cross to get to the beach. The beach in this section is filled with families that rent from in the island section. You do not have the people who come for day trips at the public beach or state park sections.

What makes this property unique

This property is ideally located in the Island section of Hampton Beach. Its a very short walk to the Beach and Boardwalk.
