Renovated, modern home in a quiet area with a game room and spacious backyard

Come and relax in this renovated two-story home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Located in Federal Way, this property is just minutes from the I-5 freeway, shopping malls, restaurants, and parks. SeaTac Airport is just a 15-minute drive away, and Redondo Beach is only a 5-minute drive.

As you walk inside, you’ll be greeted by an open and airy living room with a cozy couch and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a sink, and a dining table. Step outside and you’ll find a spacious patio, perfect for barbecues or simply relaxing. The deck overlooks a large backyard with a playground for kids.

The three upstairs bedrooms are all cozy and feature a comfortable bed and an Amazon Fire TV. The main bedroom has a full bathroom. Downstairs, you’ll find a bonus room with a large flat-screen TV, three lounge chairs, an additional bedroom, and a full bathroom with a washer and dryer.

For rainy-day activities, there’s a foosball table and an air hockey table in the garage.

The home was excellent and clean and comfortable. We were 4 elderly adults with one son and we will stay again if there are hand rails installed outside on all the stairways to get into the home. Easy to get to the freeway and to get around the area.

My wife visited the area to watch our daughter compete in NCAA finals in FW. The house was very clean, had a warm feel, plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were both responsive and accommodating - and the location for us was very good. If we were to return to the area we would highly consider this property once again.

We loved our stay in this Federal Way home for the holidays! It was super clean and comfortable! We visited for Christmas. We were thrilled to drive up and see Christmas lights and a beautifully decorated tree inside! We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Federal Way!!!

The house was beautiful, the neighborhood was great, the host was easy to work with and overall it was a great stay but the house is still decorated for Christmas which is a bit odd considering I stayed in April.

Perfect location - in the middle of everything you need

The Christmas decoration was still up, which was off lol - The neighborhood is very active, lots of cars for one house. We didn't get to find the Bluetooth speaker & mics for karaoke. They could use some board games for future families who will stay there. Also, it would've been nice to have a vacuum to clean up instead of having to sweep everything. But overall, our stay was wonderful. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everywhere you need to go. The lighting fixtures in the home was beautiful. We would stay here again! Thank you for allowing my family and I to stay at your place.

Very clean and excellent communication but constant planes

Host was the best I’ve worked with for communication both before and during our stay. Absolutely 5-Star. The house was very clean. My only complaint was the planes going overhead every two minutes. This house is directly in the path of Seattle airport landing and taking off. The sound of planes finally slowed down around 1am but it was non stop all day and all night. I wish I would have known that ahead of time. The house itself was fine. The living room furniture felt cheap as did the chairs in the basement. The floors are extremely loud in the bedrooms. There’s also a very odd plug in in the basement (pictured). Not sure this is up to code. Overall I’d stay here again but wanted to be very honest about planes.
