Gorgeous view- Ideally situated atop a private lot on the Preserve with gorgeous views of Pequawket Brook, Preserve, and pond beyond, perched with an expansive vista through floor to ceiling windows. 2. Waterfront! - Jump in our kayaks or bring your own boats or paddleboards and enjoy exploring and notable bass fishing on beautiful Pequawket Pond. 3. 5 minute stroll to Pequawket Pond Trailhead- Take a relaxing hike through the 1.2 mile trail system along Pequawket Pond. 4. Property abuts the Conway Railroad Snowmobile Trail- Bring your snowmobiles for winter fun. The 21 mile trail can be accessed at the end of the driveway. It runs from Ossipee to Conway. The house was very clean and had a beautiful setup for our group. We were very pleased with the ease of parking and the in-house activities that were offered. The all-season room and massage chair was a highlight for our stay. We would definitely return to this house for a future stay!

North Conway Trip

Amazing property for a large group. Had amazing amenities and super close to tukermans brewing company. Would definitely come back.

Was a great stay over the New Years holiday. The house provided a great mix between relaxation and plenty to do. The house had lots of activities in the basement and a beautiful window filled room that overlooked the pond. The area was similar with lots of entertainment while also being tucked away on a private street. Allegra(the host) was amazing! We were able to check in early and there was a response to all my questions within minutes.I highly recommend staying here in the Winter(and I'm sure it's just as great in the Summer)
