NO EVENTS AT THIS PROPERTY. VILLA IS FOR 6 Guests ONLY. We are not an event facility. Rehearsal dinners, receptions, weddings etc that exceed our occupancy limits are strictly prohibited.

The party responsible for the booking must be a guest staying on property. Bookings made on behalf of another party will not be accepted.

Welcome to Villa Querencia. This North Georgia wine country Italian villa sits over looking the vineyard. Watch the sun set from your own back porch. Fully decorated with 3 bedrooms (2 King and 2 twins) each has private baths. Fully equipped kitchen with wine refrigerator, Wolf gas range, SubZero refrigerator, dishwasher, granite countertops, wood floors. Have a romantic evening for 2 or enjoy good times and wine with friends. Enjoy fine dining at the winery's restaurant or hang out with friends at the Trattoria with a hand made brick oven pizza. Several winerys all with-in 30 minute drive. Close to downtown Dahlonega. Enjoy our east coast wine country just an hour and half from Atlanta.

The house is even larger than the listing made it appear - we were pleasantly surprised with how much space we had. This house was perfect for me to get ready with a few of my bridesmaids, and it was incredibly close to our venue. Everything felt so clean upon arrival. David was wonderful, with quick responses!

This home is beautiful and the property and the view of the vineyards is gorgeous! Many thanks to David for always communicating quickly to any request. We were glad to see night lights in the master bathroom. So many owners forget these simple and inexpensive touches which really help a lot. It was just me and my husband so we enjoyed a very quiet couple of days in this home. It’s decorated beautifully and it really does look like a Tuscan villa inside everywhere you turn. The bed in the master was comfy too!

This is our second year staying at the villa and as before it was a trip to be remembered. The property, amenities, host and location are definitely a 10!!! This is absolutely one location I would recommend for families or couples. We will be back again next year!

The Italian Villa was a fantastic place to stay with a family. The kitchen was well equipped and high end. The balcony had tremendous views of the winery, vineyards and mountains. Each bedroom was of large size, and the beds were comfortable.

The Villa was well equipped with all the essentials needed to have a stay at home breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Also, for a short drive, you could go to the downtown and check out the shops and such. There’s also a lovely restaurant on property and just a short drive away from the Villa. There was plenty of room, beautiful views and working with the hosts was seamless! Sitting outside in the morning with a cup of coffee overlooking the vineyard was so relaxing and stunning! It is a great place to go and unplug and relax. I highly recommend this Villa if you are going to Montaluce winery.

We were totally blown away by how beautiful and unique this house (villa) was. This is by far my favorite rental property. The space was perfect! Breathtaking views of the vineyards, excellent communication and response. The house was clean and comfortable. Hosts were amazing! Wonderful outdoor patio with fire pit. I would give this property a hundred stars if I could. Hope to go back soon!

Being able to stay as yourself, feeling safe and content. The word comes from the Spanish verb "querer," which means "to desire." This is the feeling they hope each guest experiences when they visit and enjoy their own sense of being at home.

Why they chose this property

Just an hour and half from downtown Atlanta and you are in the beautiful mountains of North Georgia. Located on the Etowah river Montaluce Winery is perfect for fly fishing, kakaking and there are many waterfalls and hiking trails in the northeast Georgia mountains. Bicyclist love our area as do bikers for the miles of beautiful scenery. We enjoy good food and wine with friends in a unique setting.
