Waterfront Oasis w/Panoramic Views! Your Home Away from Home!

Location: This waterfront home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Sea Pines; a beautiful, serene, and gated community on Hilton Head Island. This home invigorates you and reassures you that there is life after work (smile) and helps you realize that you need to reward yourself every now and then. Enjoy the picturesque views of the scenic “lake-like” lagoon and the comfort of a home away from home. It's only a 5 minute drive to Harbour Town and the beach. And a short walk to one of the nicest private pools in Sea Pines with 4 tennis courts nearby.

Accommodations: 3 Bedrooms, 2 ½ baths. Master bedroom has a king size bed and bathroom that has been recently renovated. The second and third bedrooms have a queen size beds. Between these rooms is a wonderfully renovated jack and jill bathroom with plenty of space. The home is clean, neat, dry and open to all the magnificent beauty of HH Island. Sleeps 7 comfortably but can sleep 8 (pull-out loveseat and air mattress in 2nd brm).

Amenities: Beautifully decorated kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances. A large deck that invites you to the outdoors and gives you an elevated view of the lagoon. A gas grill for grilling your favorite foods. The den has built-in cabinets, nice soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace and an open layout. In addition, there is HD TV and a DVD/CD player for family fun and entertainment along with wireless high speed internet. The kitchen and breakfast area integrate nicely with the den so that no matter which of these rooms you are in, you are always part of the action.

About the area (5 to 10 minute drive to the following):

*Beach - Sea Pines Beach Club is the best place to hang out when going to the beach. It is exclusive for the residents and guests in Sea Pines. The Beach Club has spacious parking, an outdoor bar and grill with live entertainment, activities for the kids, clean bathrooms and showers for exiting the beach. See cool aerial view video:

*Harbour Town - You would not want to overlook Harbour Town's excellent dining/shopping, live entertainment and kid's playground. There are also charter boats, jet skis, parasails and the famous Hilton Head Lighthouse.

*South Beach - Has some of the best pizza and ice cream on the island. South Beach is home of the famous Salty Dog Café and tee-shirt store as well as many other nice restaurants and shops. (Last year we did a dolphin watch cruise here that was great for kids and adults.)

*Sea Pines Center - Provides a place for renting bikes, dinning and shopping. Truffles is a well known restaurant there that we highly recommend.

*Bikes for guest - We have bikes on the property for your use. Those bikes can be found in the garage. Please ride bikes with caution and at your own risk. Please do not ride bikes on the beach to protect from salt damage.

Wonderful stay! The house is cozy, nicely decorated, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, and the deck has a beautiful, peaceful pond view. Loved the quiet cul-de-sac location and easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach using the bikes—including kids’ bikes with training wheels, perfect for our daughter. We’d definitely come back!

Great property

This was our second stay at this beautiful house located on a lagoon in Sea Pines plantation. This our favorite spot on the Island. There is nothing that you really need to bring with you. The kitchen is fully stocked, there are bikes included, and the house is immaculately cleaned before your visit. Enjoy a peaceful, and private, stay close to all that Hilton Head has to offer!

I would give this home and its property managers more than 5 stars. Clean, comfortable and by far the most well stocked home we have ever stayed in. We gathered around the table this week to celebrate the holiday in Sea Pines. It had been 20 years since our last visit to HH and the island, and the home, exceeded our expectations. Great home for family vacation

We had a great time staying in sea pines with our family. House had great space for us to enjoy games, sitting on the deck, and eating around the table. Enjoyed riding bikes around sea pines and the pool and tennis/pickleball courts were fun as well. The trolley to the beach was a great way to access the sea pines beach area.The owners of the house were great in reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend this house if you are thinking about staying in the sea pines area.

This house is absolutely perfect! Clean, spacious, great neighborhood, comfortable beds, free bikes, great start-up supplies, honestly everything you can think of is stocked in the kitchen! We stayed with 5 adults and two children and had beds for everyone. We had an 18 month along and there was a pack n play, high chair and a bath. Loved the deck and everything about our stay. A Beautiful House and Convenient

A beautiful house, very short drive to local amenities, on a small bayou where you can occasionally see an alligator! There is a large master bedroom suite with closet and full bath; two bedrooms up to short stairs which share a bathroom, and a half-bath on the main floor with the large living room, kitchen, and everything on main floor opens out to a deck.

Perfect for families

My husband, son, grandmother and I stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend. The house was exactly as depicted in the pictures. It was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook and eat and there was ample room for all of us. The location was perfect with plenty of seating on the huge deck to enjoy the lagoon view. The owners offered a lot of information from the time of the booking, replied quickly with any questions and were always available via text. My family and I are already talking about when we can book this property again

My family rented this home over the Thanksgiving holiday. We loved everything about it. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare dinner. Incredible house!!!

We can't say enough about this house and location! Our family of 5 had the best week enjoying the beach, pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, and bikes. Our kids loved fishing from the back and the nature preserve that is close by. The back deck was the perfect place to enjoy meals together and the house had so much room for us to play games every evening. The house was so clean and it had everything you need. The owners were so responsive and thoughtful. We had the best week in your beautiful home!!

We have two adult kids that are married and now have kids of their own, meaning, we have grandkids, and we frequently travel to Hilton Head for wonderful family vacations and fellowship. Hilton Head has everything for everybody. Its beauty is one of a kind! One day, we hope to retire there. Our son Jonathan assists us with managing the property.

Why they chose this property

We started vacationing in Hilton Head 15 years ago and fell in love with the area. We have stayed in villas, condos, and houses but have always wanted a place of our own to call home. We fell in love with this home because it has a great feel! It puts you in a good state of mind. The scenic lake-like lagoon is a tremendous plus!

What makes this property unique

Golfing is King on the island! In addition to golfing we enjoy fishing, swimming, playing tennis, riding bikes, kayaking, grilling/cooking, dining out, shopping, and hosting family gatherings. This home is designed just right for entertaining family and friends. It's also great for families who have young children because of the sleeping arrangements.
