We rented this for my daughter’s 18th bday and wanted to make it special!! Well it definitely delivered!! The hostess kept in communication making sure we were good and happy with our stay and the place was so perfect for us! Would definitely stay here again!! It was clean, safe for bunch of girls (which was a very important factor for me), right behind the outlets and minutes away from Walmart! Hot tub was clean and room in it for us all! Plenty of towels! I cannot say enough good things! Don’t hesitate to book if you’re looking at this listing!!

The cabin was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool table games they provided. When booking they were very precise with details and very pleasant to deal with. My only problem was we werent able to stay longer. I would definitely book here again, we were all very pleased. Thank You for being wonderful hosts and making us feel at home.

This cabin was perfect for what we needed it for. Our main objective was to stay in a cabin and entertain the kids. They were so entertained! Hot tub was great! The kids room downstairs was perfect! Arcade games, foosball, pool table! We didn’t venture out. But this is a great location if you want to feel away, but actually be really close to everything.

Beautiful place and very private! The cabin was so roomy it fit all 10 of us comfortably! The kids and teens had an absolute blast. Loved that we were also close to all the attractions, resturaunts and grocery/shopping stores. Would defibtely stay here again.

This property was in the perfect location. We were about 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge & Sevierville restaurants & fun things to do. The kids asked to go back to the cabin vs touristy activities. They enjoyed the game room & hot tub.

We had a great time at “Have An Amazing Time”. The cabin is nice but it could use a bit of TLC. I let management know of a couple things that were broken when we arrived. I don’t think anyone had made them aware. There were cobwebs above the master shower that are in plain sight but we didn’t see any bugs other than lady bugs which is normal this time of year. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The cabin is in a great location other than being near the solid waste plant. The smell outside was horrible the first day of our stay but improved as the weekend went on. Our 14 year old son loved the basement bedroom with the pool table. The basement bed looked very lumpy but he said he slept good. The master bed was pretty comfy.

We overall had a good stay. We were allowed to check in early which was great. Upon first glances it was clean. Then as the day went on we did find bugs dead and alive all over and the furniture is definitely worn (master bed is very rocky, needs to be tightened), couch cushions are flat so you sit on the board and the dryer doesn’t dry ( the vents need to be cleaned, my husband checked and the air is barley coming out the vent). It was easy to get in touch with someone when needed. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay, I just believe the amenities are probably due for updating and pest control called. We would stay again if these issues were fixed.

The cabin itself was great, but when we arrived the cleaners were still there 30 minutes after our check in time, which ended up being an inconvenience. Part of why we booked this was for the pool table, which had no chalk anywhere to play with, and several things, including the downstairs box spring and tv, the upstairs dresser drawers were broken and unusable. mostly clean, but the dishes had lots of oil build up and were.t clean at all. If everything was in good condition it would've been an amazing stay.
