As soon as you step into this Premium View 2 bedroom condominium, you will be captivated by it's mountain views and comfortable living spaces. Situated in Winter Park Base Village, this condo puts you in a 2 minute walking distance to the Zephyr ski lift! The condo boasts a fully stocked kitchen for days when you want to 'cook in' but the Winter Park Base Village dining awaits right outside your door. In the fall and summer there is an even greater variety of outdoor activities including Colorado's longest Alpine slide, hiking, biking, rock climbing, zipline, mini-golf and many others.

This 5th floor corner unit is one of the largest 2 bedroom units in Fraser Crossing with a huge deck boasting fabulous views of Winter Park's main ski slopes.
The master suite has a beautiful king bed with its own great mountain views. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and twin bunkbeds. The place sleeps 6. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit. The condo includes FREE ski storage.

Thinking about it? You don't have to anymore. Location location location. This is the BEST 2 bedroom unit in Winter Park Base Village. Fraser Crossing is a wonderful complex for the family.

You can Relax and enjoy the amenities and Ski Ski Ski in some of the best snow. Powder Powder Powder.

It is very difficult not to relax when your accommodation is just wonderful and you can even cook in a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and enjoy a fire or stay outside in the large deck when the outside view is a winter wonderland. The condo has 2 TVs and DVD to keep the children happy. For a little rest & relaxation you can find it at the complex's outdoor hot tub and Jacuzzi.

This Winter Park rental was an excellent choice. It was extremely convenient to the lifts, well stocked with everything a family needs, and comfortably spacious for a single family. Owner communication was prompt and clear throughout, which made the stay seamless. Overall, a very easy and enjoyable place to stay. Looking forward to coming back.

This condo is so convenient to the base of winter park ski area! Parking is easy, the views from the condo are amazing and the condo is well stocked and cozy. I hope we get the chance to visit again!

Condo was in a great location right across the street from the gondola, the condo was very clean, the deck off the condo was really spacious, the shared hot tub in the complex was really nice. We totally enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Great Condo for Easy Access to the Mountain

We’ve stayed at this property a few times. Each time, we had a great experience at the condo. Highlights: location is close to the lifts, well-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, responsive host, and they just opened the new (huge) hot tub in the neighboring building that you have access to. Awesome place!

We really enjoyed this property! Great communication, great location. Our family loved the hot tub. The only downside is not having a grill- that was kind of a bummer. But other than that this location is 5 stars!

Gregory is a great host. The condo is in a great location and had thoughtful extras ( ie room humidifiers) that helped make the stay very nice. I had a question during check-in and he was very prompt to respond. We will definitely return for another stay.

Absolutely the best unit !

We loved our stay in this unit, it has the best views and location!!! This spacious 2 Bdrm + 2 Baths corner unit faces the slopes and so convenient, it is closest to the elevator on the 3rd level.

Great location

Very close to the Gondola. The condo is near the elevator, so you didn’t have to do much walking when you got in the building. My one complaint/suggestion is that the master bedroom is very bright at night, even with the shades closed. If that is something that bothers you, you might want to bring a sleeping mask or something like that.

Winter ski vacation

Gregory’s home was perfect for our family ski vacation. It is a beautiful unit with very easy access to the Gondola and Village. Everything we needed in kitchen was there. There was plenty if sleeping space for our family with the bunk beds plus. Gregory was also a very responsive and helpful host. I highly recommend this rental. Thank you Gregory!

Wow, this condo is right in the middle of it all. We really enjoyed the easy access to the lifts which was a priority with 3 small children. Just take the elevator down to P1, grab all the skis from the ski locker and head across the street to the gondola or Arrow lift. The condo is quite large for being at the base of WP. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items and the balcony looks to be 4x the size of balconies at other lodges across the street. Great communication with the owners topped off an excellent ski trip.

Wonderful Winter Park base place

This property was perfect. It is very convenient to the gondola and shops. The view of the mountain was good. The property owner was super responsive and the property was well stocked and in very good condition. We had a great time! The parking is underneath the building and easy to use. There were courtesy carts for moving items readily available at the garage. We are very happy. I got altitude sickness and required urgent care/ER and that was also an easy stroll away with very competent staff. We highly recommend this unit and also Gregory was great to work with:)

Perfect location- truly ski in/ski out

Location was just steps from the gondola, so we easily popped into the condo for lunch and a quick break from ski boots each day, then right back up the slopes. Beautiful view, looking straight out to the gondola and runs from the deck- was nice to be able to look out and assess the gondola line before heading out to it;). Unit is a nice size for our family of 4. Our 2 kids (12 and 9) loved the variety of beds in their room. 4 kids could easily sleep in the 2nd bedroom. Some appreciated extra touches... a massage chair, a variety of DVDs, plenty of space for winter gear in the entry way-multiple hooks-wall hanging glove baskets-boot trays, a boot warmer/dryer. I cooked all of our meals there over 9 day stay with no problem- had everything I needed in the kitchen. We didn't run into any issues during our stay. Owner was very responsive to a couple of questions that I had upon arrival.

Great location but some considerations

The property is very convenient to skiing at Winterpark. It's a quick walk to the ticket window and lifts/gondola. Some considerations to be aware of: 1. Parking is not included, while it is listed as an amenity. You will need to pay Park Mobile daily for parking in the garage which is recommended. 2. The appliances are pretty tired. The toaster didn't work, and you have to adjust the dishwasher door to get it to shut. 3. It would have been nice to have more blankets. Sheets and towels are swapped out by the property manager so similar to a basic hotel. 4. The property was clean, but dishwasher was dirty and full upon arrival. 5. There was only one functional elevator for the property, which meant a little bit of a wait. Positives of the rental: - Despite being right beside the elevator it was amazingly quiet. No issues with sound at all. - Well stocked pantry. - Massage chair. The kiddos absolutely loved it. - Easy to check in / out.

Gregory was one step ahead of us on all our questions and needs. The unit is clean, very close to everything but not in the middle of everything. Easy walk to the mountain and a nice covered garage to keep everything dry and clean.

This is our second stay in this unit. Just like last time the communication with the owner was great. He made sure everything was going well and was quick to answer any questions. We like having the laundry in the unit to cut down on what we have to pack and there are other nice things like vacuum, fans, and boot dryers.

We are a family of four who loves mountain activities ALL YEAR ROUND. We love to ski in the winter, bike and hike in Summer.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this condo because we believe in LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. We are a family with young children who can walk to the lift, run home for lunch or a nap, head out for a few last runs. There's no taking the bus, no driving, or parking, just walking...and that's VALUABLE. There is also easy proximity to town and little traffic, compared to some of the major resorts on I-70. Residents really value being a short distance to dining, the summer concerts, and a movie a the new theater.

Best 2 bedroom unit in Fraser Crossing. The condo is one of the largest 2 bedroom unit and boast magnificent mountain views.
