Fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes needed to make this your home away from home. Steps from large heated pool with canal view.
Must rent for minimum of 4 months. Ask about discounts for 5 or 6 months. Community is 55 and over, close to shopping and dining. Downtown Fort Myers is only moments away by car. Fort Myers Beach is only 15 miles away.

Great location and friendly neighbors.

We enjoyed staying two months at Jerry and Patti’s winter retreat. Close to family and the neighborhood was very nice. The place was all we needed to make our winter visit just like home. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us.

Every day was beautiful!

Had a great time. Location was nice and quiet..pool was very nice,people were friendly. This is an older building, but kept up nicely. Interior could use some updating in the bathrooms, but I believe is planned.
