An impeccable designer decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with fully equipped gourmet kitchen and upscale patio furniture over looking the crystal waters of the Florida Keys.

This unit is equipped with washer and dryer, and custom designed closets. This luxurious costal retreat offers a private beach, pool access, tiki huts, and BBQ grills!

Perfect place!

First time in the Keys and we found the perfect location and an absolutely beautiful place. We had everything we could possibly have needed. The condo was spotless and Yuni was always responsive and so easy to work w. A few good walkable places to eat. Loved Sparky s and Havana Jacks. We ll be back!

Family Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at Key Colony Beach! The location couldn’t have been better—just a one-minute walk to both the beach and pool, which we could see from the balcony. It gave us peace of mind letting the kids go back and forth on their own. The home itself was spacious, spotless, and well-stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable. We also appreciated being just a short 10-minute drive from some great local restaurants and attractions. Yuni was an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and made our check-in process smooth, even accommodating our early arrival. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Absolutely beautiful and Amazing stay

I booked Kokomo Views for our 8-day family trip to explore all the Keys, and it gotta be the best travel decision I've made this year. The condo is such a rare germ as it situates directly by a sandy beach with beautiful swimmable turquoise water. Most of the Keys' foundation is coral limestone so having a private beach by the resort in Marathon is such a luxury. Our Unit 5 is so close to the beach and faces East, thus my kids often find themselves waking up early to watch the sunrise in the morning or fall asleep at night to the sound of the gentle waves. We have been to many other destinations in the Caribbean and it's a joy for us to rate this place as high as our stays in Nassau or STX. From the (free) covered parking spot, to the full kitchen, the cleanliness of the bedrooms and a big balcony looking out to the ocean, to the convenient location where Cayo Hueso or Matecumbe is just an hour away from either direction of the Oversea Hwy, I find that Komoko Views is no doubt an excellent place for many family adventures and activities in the Keys. Since there is a limit length for review, I'll post more in details about Komoko Views with photos on our travel blog at luongnguyen dot family. But for now, the 6 of us give the condo 5/5 all across the boards. Also thank you Yuni for your prompt response and being such a great, accommodating host! We hope there will still be spot for us to come back in the future!
