Great house!

Great house to stay in! Comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood seemed rough, but there were no issues or problems. There was no ironing board and also had to pay to wash clothes (I may have missed that in the listing), but otherwise great home to stay in.

Wonderful California Visit

The property is a small home in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything in Atwater. This was perfect for my husband, my daughter, and I. My daughter was there for a preceptorship for Veterinary school & was only 4 minutes from the Atwater Veterinary Clinic! The authentic Mexican food, cherries from the orchards, honey from local farmers, and visiting Yosemite national park were are absolute favorite parts of our trip! The property manager was very attentive & made sure every need was taken care of.

The property manager and owner communication was excellent, responsive to my needs. I got locked out while loading the car to leave, the door automatically locked and I didn’t have my phone to get back in or call for help (phone is required to open door) Had to drive to a friend’s home for assistance. Also the backyard was overgrown and unkept. Another item of note, you will need coins to operate the washer and dryer.
