Located in the Cove at Sandy Pointe, this condo features two bedrooms and two full baths. This condo is in the heart of Holmes Beach, very close to the beach and just steps away from the free island trolley.

The screened-in lanai overlooking the pool and natural mangrove preserve is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. With a king master bedroom and an additional guest room with 2 full-size beds there is plenty of room for the family. This condo also features an indoor or outdoor dining table for 4 as well as a cute breakfast bar.

The community has a large heated pool for guests only. The covered parking space has room for two cars and there is additional parking for guests. Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels. This condo participates in our professional linen program so you can rest well.

Take advantage of our flexible check in and check out days! No need to plan around Saturdays

PLEASE NOTE: The Sandy Pointe condo complex does not allow charging of electric vehicles including Teslas, Golf Carts, etc. If you wish to rent a golf cart it must be gas powered.

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay. Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of bath and beach towels.

Very nice 2BR/2BA condo near Holmes Beach!

The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The pool was wonderful! The free trolley that runs all over Anna Maria Island is within walking distance.

Pelican by A Shore was not that great of a stay. I would not recommend to a friend. The condo is very out of date. The pictures are not true. First night the fire alarm kept going off and we let them know. This was while we were just sleeping. Told me someone would be calling. They never did. Had to just take it down bc it just kept going off. The furniture in the place was stained and disgusting looking. One of the bathrooms doors wouldn’t even close. When we went to do laundry, the washing machine smelled of mold and had mold in it. Also told them about this and that it was making the condo smell and still no one came. The pictures make it look like the pool is big. It’s very small! It’s also not very close to the beach at all. It’s a good 10-15 minute walk. Overall I would never stay here again.

Our team did visit the property to review the issues reported. The fire alarm concern was resolved promptly once it was brought to our attention. We also inspected the washing machine thoroughly and did not find any signs of mold at the time of inspection. We strive to present our properties as accurately as possible, and we regret that the condo did not meet your expectations in terms of appearance and furnishings. We also understand how important comfort and functionality are, and we will review your comments regarding the furniture and bathroom door with our maintenance team. While we respect all guest feedback, we do note that your experience differs from the majority of previous guest reviews, which have generally reflected positively on the property. That said, we take every comment seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve. We are sorry again that your stay was not enjoyable and appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention.
