This immaculate 3 bedroom Townhouse features an open concept living room and dining room with fireplace and cathedral ceiling, full kitchen, air conditioning, 3 bedrooms total.
The Master Bedroom Suite has a Queen Bed, a Queen Sofa Bed, 42" HDTV, Full Bath.
The 2nd bedroom has a King Bed.
The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen Beds, plus a set of twin bunk beds.
The Loft area has 2 twin beds.
The House contains 2 Full Baths, a washer-dryer, 50" HD cable TV, DVD player, wireless internet, BBQ grill, screened in porch. The house is fully furnished and complete with all linens and towels. Great Selection of DVD's, games and books.

Located at Exit 30 off Interstate 93. Minutes from Franconia Notch State Park, the Kancamagus Highway, Loon Mountain, Clarks Trading Post, Whales Tale Water Park.

The resort includes access to clubhouse with beautiful indoor / outdoor pool - hot tub, game room and tennis courts (seasonal) are located on premises.

Wonderful Stay

Comfortable stay for our family. So nice to have the space for playing a board game or watching a movie together (host has quite the DVD collection and was super nice to coordinate our stay with). Convenient location to local attractions. We hope to return.

PSU Grad Stay

This is our second stay at this condo. Owners go above & beyond with communications. Great place for a family stay. “THE JACK” clubhouse bar/restaurant was a plus offering for us as well! Highly recommend for a stay.

Great location

Family vacation, 6 adults, 3 children ranging from 2-5. Plenty of room. Nice & quite location. Very clean. Ron & Iris were very easy to communicate with. Everything we needed was there. Would definately consider stayinh here again.

Enjoyed our stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Woodstock. The condo was very large. Enough space for all. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the accessories that you could possibly need. The location was absolutely perfect, right off the highway and within a short drive to everything. The pool and club house were a nice extra. Ron and Iris were wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

Woodstock NH

Great property with room for all! 6 adults, 4 kids, 1 toddler. Nice location 10 minutes from many attraction including Clark’s Trained Bears. Just 45 minutes to Santa’s Village. Property included all bed linens and towels. Nice indoor pool and an outdoor pool. Owners were very accommodating and quickly responded to any questions.

Great weekend with friends

The townhouse is close enough to the rock climbing area in Rumney (~25 min) and lots of great hikes. Having access to a big hot tub after a long day was also great. The only small issue we ran into was not having enough toilet paper, there was only one extra roll for a 10-person townhouse.

Beautiful, friendly place

This is the second time we have stayed at the Jack O Lantern Resort and it has become one of our favorite places to stay. This year we stayed at Ron and Iris’ place. We spend most of our time at the lacrosse fields during the day but my son is so beat after his games he never wants to go out after them. This property provides us with the comforts of home allowing us to cook our meals and saves us from having to find places to eat meals. Ron and Iris’ place was easy to check into, was clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Our games were over in the early afternoon so we were able to enjoy the outside pool until the storms rolled in and we just moved our water time to the inside pool and hot tub. Thank you Ron and Iris for the nice experience.

Family Trip

Property was clean, with adequate kitchen supplies. Plenty of kitchen seats, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. Gas grill (with extra propane tanks) is right outside of the patio. Very convenient. Washer and dryer in unit. Both bathrooms are on the first floor, so guests have to come downstairs during the night. Also, there is only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Nearest store is 15 - 20 minutes away, so it would have been nice to know we needed toilet paper before we needed toilet paper at 8pm on a Sunday night. Other than the toilet paper issue, everything else was.great

A fabulous location! Bikers heaven! But…!

WoW!! A more than fantastic week!! What a magnificent location for our party of 8 bikers!! New Hampshire is the most amazing place to ride!! Breathless!! The weather was fabulous, and we even took a day off to relax and enjoy the pool!! On the other hand, we have been disappointed in several little/big things: - as soon as we arrived, while unloading our luggage and bags, received a text message from the host complaining we overstepped the parking line by about a foot…!? - then, received a call from the host because he saw on his cameras that we were having issues turning on the grill and had a very aggressive tone!! - we quickly noticed that the cleanliness was not what we were expecting and were wondering what the preceding tenants cleaning fee was used for!? - Pots and pans were all sticky, we had to rewash everything before using them! And no dishcloths were provided, we had to use a facecloth to clean kitchen area, and were left two hand towels to wipe dishes dry!? - One ply toilet paper is absolutely disgusting to use! And we had to buy more, because our party of 8 ran out pretty fast! - Utensils were deficient for a party of 8. - There were several ants in kitchen area and bathroom, it was disgusting! - Only one set of towels per person, therefore we had to wash on a daily basis. - Veranda is lovely area BUT could also be cleaned, many cob webs! Host having cameras left us feeling pretty much spied on the first couple of hours we arrived! We’ve taken pictures of the place before we left so we have proof that we left it as we received it!! PS: having a security net installed for golf balls, would be a great idea… apparently not everyone knows how to play golf! Multiple golf balls landed right where we were sitting, it could have been dangerous!

The townhouse was spacious and the grounds are nice. We liked the grounds but the listing had a playground, we didn’t see it. We like having activities where we stay but it was just the pool and hot tub, a little boring. The listing didn’t state that there could only be two vehicles in front.

Nice location and good layout

This is an older property but well maintained and comfy inside: cozy couches, chairs, and lost of space to move about. My 18 plus kids all loved it and the screened in porch was fun for them. The owners left good instruction to locate items and also had a good supply of kitchen items. We would definitely rent again. A few items that that would be helpful: (1) a 5 day day with multiple people requires more than 1 extra role of TP. We had to hit to market to buy some. (2) Instructions for use of remote and how to navigate it. They are all different so we spent quite a bit of time trying to get to live tv, on demand etc. (3) the location of the electrical panel - make note of it. We searched for it after blowing a single fuse. (4) Patches on the screened porch - it's fly season. The porch is a lovely space but we had to head inside due to holes in screens. These are all minor things and did not take away from the joy of our family vacation and we would rent this property again.

Why they chose this property

Enjoy the many attractions that the White Mountains has to offer, including hiking, biking, river tubing and golf for the sports enthusiast. Families can enjoy Clark's Bears, Hobo Railroad, Whales Tale, and Santa's Village. In the winter skiers can choose from Loon Mountain approx. 10 minutes, Cannon Mountain is approx. 20 minutes, Waterville and Bretton Woods are approx. 25 minutes away. Skimobiles have direct access to corridor 11.
