Allergy-friendly and immaculately clean, this newly built home is centrally located in the valley. A short drive takes you to world-renowned wineries, Palisade peaches, and the breathtaking Colorado National Monument or Grand Mesa. After your day of exploration, relax at our comfy haven in this prime location. Whether you are coming to relax, for a special occasion, or to explore the area, this is the place for you. Your perfect getaway awaits!As you enter the home, you will be right at home in the stylish living room with plenty of seating for all. The sofa converts to a double sofa sleeper. The living area leads to a contemporary open kitchen with all new appliances.  You will nestle into the plush beds in either the master bedroom with a king bed or the secondary bedroom with a queen bed. There are two bathrooms with beautifully tiled showers and marble countertops. Relish your private outdoor area that faces east, providing shade in the afternoons; perfect for grilling and relaxing after a day of adventure. The home is equipped with forced air heating and AC, is stair-free, and located on a quiet dead-end street, ensuring no through traffic.

Check-in details will be provided via email and text message. Seven days prior to your check-in date, you will receive an email with the necessary information. Additionally, two hours before your check-in, a text message will be sent, containing the property address and the smart lock door code.

The home was perfectly appointed with modern amenities. The beds and bedding were very, very comfortable and if we had wanted to cook, there was every culinary tool and item that we would’ve needed to prepare meals or bake. The washer and dryer appeared to be fairly new and they worked flawlessly. I’m short and I loved that there was a small step stool and a step ladder there, otherwise I would have had trouble getting into bed and reaching the clothes dryer. Everything was very well thought out. Would definitely stay at this home again.

Great property management people

This is a small new home that is well apointed, on a quiet and safe street. It is the perfect size for a small family vacation retreat - 2 bedrooms, two showers (no bath tub), with a hideabed sofa - and ample seating for informal dining. I would recommend this property to others, and especially so with any property under this same owner/management - they were very responsive and easy to work with.

Family Gathering

Great location, beautiful interior, very modern, very nice interior. Two small issues but not deal breakers, small bedroom mattress is very soft and there was only luke warm water for the kitchen. But, the neighborhood is well lit, very clean and we all felt very safe. The back yard has a nice patio, firepit and seating for around the firepit. Thanks you, we enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved staying here. This home is clean, beautiful with a fully stocked kitchen (pots/pansetc) and anything you would really need to cook. They also provided coffee, which was a nice surprise. The luxury of having a bathroom for each of the bedrooms is amazing as well as the washer and dryer. We only stayed for two nights, but I could've easily stayed a whole week in this home and felt very comfortable. The hosts were very quick with communication and accommodating to any need. I had along the booking process. Highly recommend booking with this company and or the specific property. Anytime I am back in Grand Junction. I plan to stay here again. It's only about five minutes from the college, so it's very convenient to visiting my daughter who attends CMU. It's in a lovely neighborhood. We felt safe. Being able to park my car in the garage was a nice little cherry on top.

Awesome place!

Stayed in this house for a long weekend. Beds are usually an issue as my husband has a bad back. King bed was “firm enough” if that helps anyone! We loved the location…centrally located in Grand Junction! The kitchen was very well stocked with the basic things you would need as far as spices go. There is both a Kuerig and a coffee pot. The garage is pretty small…we have a full size truck…d try to pull it in, but not a big deal at all!

Family Christmas Ski trip

Wow! Just wow! What a wonderful rental space! So cozy, homey, new, clean, and filled with all top notch toiletries. We didn’t have to supply anything and that doesn’t happen often at our rentals. We enjoyed the open atmosphere of the living room and kitchen. Along with the ability to cook and bake while there. I can’t say enough about this home. We loved it all!
