Please leave the linens on the bed. I will take care of them. Please clean all used dirty dishes. Please remove all trash and food from the unit and place them in the trash compactor.
When leaving the unit go right towards the rear of the community. At the stop sign the compactor will be on the left side. It is tan in color. Recycling is on the right side of the stop sign.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Just what we needed

The condo was great for a quick weekend trip to Gainesville. My 17 year old used the pull out and slept great. The location was close enough to campus, but far enough away from the business of town. Gregg was a great host and communication was quick and friendly.
