The beautiful upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, electric fireplace, and half bath just across the hall. There is also a room made for relaxing with a soaking tub with bath fizzes and candlelight. Grab your book or choose one from the bookshelf and let your cares soak away. The last bedroom has 2 twin beds ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. With amenities like WiFi, AC, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, and microwave, your stay will be convenient and stress-free. The 2.5 bathrooms come equipped with towels, a hair dryer, and limited toiletries, Outside immerse yourself in the 5-person hot tub, play a game of ping pong, corn hole, or just relax by the fire and make smores. The soothing atmosphere of this property will create unforgettable memories. Your four-legged family members will enjoy their time as well with a large fully-fenced back yard to play ball in. Donna is a wonderful hostess! She has thoughtfully provided a lot of touches that show she cares about your stay... from the coffee bar to the bath tub accessories to the Playstation. The outdoor area with hot tub, outdoor ping pong table and fire pit is such a fun space... and the lighting out there is also a great touch! She even has a little library with a 'take a book, leave a book'. My only feedback is that we would have preferred to be greeted with the smell of the diffusers (but they are there and she leaves oils so I assume they'd be okay to use)... and a sectional in the living room would be great for more seating for movie night. It was a great stay!

This was a beautiful home! It was very clean and welcoming. Our dogs were allowed to stay with us, which was a big part of the reason we chose this home. They had a nice fenced in yard and were very happy. Donna was great with communication and was very friendly. We had a great experience with this home and would rent it again if we are in the area.

Holiday Fun

The house at 228 Cady, Nichols NY was really a charming stay. It has so many amenities and was decorated for Christmas in a very thoughtful way. We had Thanksgiving Dinner at the big kitchen and loved the special coffee station in the mornings. I recommend this spot for your Holiday retreat.
