I am native New Yorker having lived in NYC for many years. Also Boston and Long Island. We currently split our time between Albany and Miami Beach and enjoy the beautiful change of season in the Berkshires. We love to explore all the hiking and cross country trails and to enjoy ski Butternut with our family.

The Otis Woodlands Perfectly situated close to all the cultural venues in the area, Otis Wood Lands has been thoughtfully maintained in keeping with the peaceful, natural character of the area.
The OWL community was designed in a way to both provide privacy for all the homes and preserve the surrounding natural beauty. OWL is both a quiet retreat from the outside world but also a fun community with social activities that you can choose to participate in or not.
Otis Wood Lands abuts the Otis State Forest. There are meandering trails throughout the community that connect with trails in the state forest and lead to nearby ponds where the fishing is quite good. Year-round hiking and birding, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing all take place on the trail system within the community.
The OWL community was designed in a way to both provide privacy for all the homes and preserve the surrounding natural beauty. OWL is both a quiet retreat from the outside world but also a fun community with social activities that you can choose to participate in or not.

The property is perfectly set up for a family holiday with open living Spaces upstairs, 2 bedrooms, large kitchen stocked with everything you need… electric fireplace balconies and outdoor Hot Tub, Screened in outdoor dining areas, BBQ and downstairs living space with gaming and two additional bedrooms. The outdoor space is nestled right in the Woodlands, very peaceful and wonderful to enjoy in the day and evenings with the fire pit.
