About this property

Luxury Ski Condo- Forest Ridge

Brand new construction luxury condo at Loon Mountain`s Forest Ridge development. The open and spacious floor plan offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and an extra large deck with sliders off of the living area and primary bedroom. You`ll have access to the development`s private pools, hot tub, tennis court and clubhouse. There is a shuttle to Loon on peak weekends.



Door opens into generous mudroom with plenty of storage for skis. From there, enter into a large open concept kitchen/dining living area with slider access to a private balcony. The three bedrooms are well spaced for privacy. The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and there is a laundry closet off of the living area. The rec building is at the end of the road.

Forest Ridge is a highly desirable neighborhood development across from Loon Mountain Resort. The development offers on-site amenities, and quiet roads for riding bikes and walking dogs. The popular Common Man Restaurant is next door, and you`ll be within a short drive to the rest of Lincoln`s attractions.



Please note that new units are being constructed nearby, and you may hear noise during your stay.

AMAZING PLACE

This place is one of a kind. It's new, clean and has everything you would need. The view was fantastic! The back porch was really relaxing. I would stay there again!!

Fabulous week in Lincoln

Forest ridge is where our family has been staying for a week each summer. This new condo was spacious with its’ high ceilings, beautiful modern kitchen, and a gorgeous deck off the living room. Soaking in the afternoon sun after a day of hiking was so relaxing. Our host Jenna Dore is always so responsive to the smallest request highly recommend this condo in Lincoln.
