“Tell them it’s better in Tellico Village”! Experience the culture of the Village! In the foothills of The Smokey Mountains, it’s your time to relax, unwind and finally read that book. Watch for deer in the backyard or access the private beach as my guest a mile away. You have a completely private entrance to your lower level apartment in a cute house on a quiet cul-de-sac with a self-entry code lock. Located in Tellico Village’s central area (a mile from the only traffic light). This cozy apartment is just a 5 minute drive to the Mountain spring fed Tellico Lake, beach, pavilion and wellness center. You'll be surrounded by the natural beauty of the region. Unwind in the cozy living room, read, watch tv or eat at the dining table for four utilizing the kitchenette. I offer paper & plastic utensils, plates and napkins & additional supplies, oversized mini-refrigerator/freezer, microwave, water cooler, toaster and Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of pods and all the fixings. Bathroom amenities include towels, shampoos, conditioner, soaps and a hair dryer. Stay connected with the free WiFi and smart TV. Soak up the sun on the provided 2 beach loungers and beach towels or relax with a book on the outdoor furniture and private patio with cafe lights. Maybe you're seeking a peaceful retreat, an adventure at the lake or exploring the social culture of the village and purchasing a home, this apartment has everything you need for a comfortable, non-cooking stay (so many public restaurants in the Village or to get take-out). This is a non-smoking home. Flat driveway parking is available. The walkway is automatically lit in the evening with a handrail. We hit the jackpot when we found this charming apartment in Tellico Village! It is so well thought out and every space is used to fit everything perfectly! I really enjoyed my stay. The host has made this a comfortable, well thought out place, with everything I needed. The kitchenette was well supplied for my simple breakfast. And communication was quick and helpful. The nearby yacht club, with Tennessee River and Mountain Views, was a very nice place for dinner. I would be happy to stay again if the opportunity comes up.

I love the mountains and lakes and enjoy these activities with my family. I have hosted before in Folly Beach, SC for 5 years.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this home with the plan of living in Tellico Village in my retirement. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac road. The people who live in the village are living their best lives! I love all the activities Tellico Village has to offer.
My house is so close to the churches, the private beach, restaurants and wellness center. If you are looking for your retirement home and community-you found peace here!

What makes this property unique

The apartment has a private entrance and is not a shared space. Many rentals in the village are IN the living quarters with shared spaces. This apartment is for you if you want an excuse not to cook or do laundry!🤣🤣
I offer need a “kitchenette” with a microwave, toaster and oversized mini-refrigerator and freezer. There are so many delicious restaurants close by-who wants to cook or do dishes-relax and explore the area. If visiting family-a great excuse not to prepare a meal.
The location is quiet and peaceful on a cul de-sac, with a wooded lot with trails and a gorgeous, spacious meadows with benches. The trails to explore start to the right of the house-you can seen the paths and they are marked with wooden signs and maintained by the village. Visit family and friends, experience the culture in the village then retreat to your own space.
Go visit the Smokey Mts, the lakes, blue grass music, Dollywood, Gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge, home made ice cream at Tic-tics in Loudon and put your feet up when you get back and read. We are a place for active people to come back to and relax after a day of play and fun!
