Home is near the 78 freeway and the 15 freeway, 15 min away from Safari Park and mall, 20 min away from Valley View Casino and Harrahs casino, 25-30 min nearest beach, Legoland, 30-40 min downtown SD, Sea world, SD zoo, Temecula wineries. California Center of the Arts and Green Gable Estate San Marcos are 10 min away. ****Home NOT for parties/events, noise level must be down by 9pm.***

Our family and friends stayed at this property for a nearby wedding in Escondido. It was clean, spacious, and extremely accommodating for our group. The property owners were very communicative and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the host was gracious!

Close to San Diego Zoo

Would have been great to have a washer and dryer and a working pool heater. The mattress in the main bedroom was uneven and worn on one side more than the other. Besides that, it was pretty good.

Beware!! WORST experience ever!!!

Owner is a total scammer. Tried to penalize me for cleaning the house and placing the accumulated trash in her trash bins. Said the original cleaning fee only covered the inside of the house. So if you stay here you may want to leave the trash inside the house and save yourself some money. She also accused me of touching her pool system (another scam) to get more money out of her guest who pay good money to stay in her home. I have already open a case against her petty claims. So save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else! Neighbor warned me that owner likes to past by and check up on families who stay there. So if your look for privacy another reason to look elsewhere.

We truly enjoyed the house.. My grandkids did not want to leave.. They said it's their new house..My grandkids stayed in the pool most of the time.. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home..

Awesome Rental

This VRBO was exactly as described. It was easy to access local highways, lots of great grocery/restaurants nearby, nice neighbors and a fabulous rental house at a very cost effective rate! We had 10 people in our party and we didn't feel crowded due to the large space. Lorena was a pleasure to communicate with - she was timely and very accommodating in any response. I will definitely return if I am anywhere near this rental!

Pool was wonderful! Beds marginally comfortable. Space roomy and nice. One door could not close due to long bed. I would recommend this location for your larger group.

family vacation

We loved the house with the swimming pool. However, it was too chilly to use the pool much but we can't control the weather. The twin beds and futon were not comfortable especially for adults. We made some great family memories, and that is what counts. Our property manager was very gracious and helpful.

The house is very clean and roomy. We requested to be in early once we landed and Lorena worked hard to allow us in. The house and owner are awesome! Please be sure to recognize before you book that the pool and hot tub are not heated and there is no night timelight in the pool.

Great Family Vacation

This property was clean, organized and a great place to stay. The "no air conditioning" was a little uncomfortable at night in July, but there were fans in each room. The pool was wonderful and the view spectacular.
