The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes meal preparation easy, whether you are preparing a full dinner or a quick breakfast before heading out to the lake. Dine indoors or step outside to the expansive deck to enjoy outdoor meals, grill on the propane BBQ, and take in the fresh mountain air.

You’ll have the entire house and private yard to yourself for the duration of your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the north Lake Arrowhead neighborhood of Tavern Bay, this cabin sits in a rare flat area ideal for easy, year-round walks. A scenic creekside trail offers direct access to Lake Arrowhead without crossing main roads. Enjoy peaceful strolls through the lakeside community or walk to UCLA Bruin Woods. Just a short drive to Lake Arrowhead Village, Cedar Glen, SkyPark, and nearby hiking, lakes, and outdoor attractions. Snow Valley is 15 miles away, with Big Bear under an hour.



Getting Around:

PARKING:

There are 3 parking spaces available. There is no garage. All parking spots will be uncovered in the driveway.

Note: Adhere to local county rules for street parking. Please be sure to keep all cars parked in designated parking spots in order to avoid tickets, fines, and/or towing of vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

HOUSE RULES:

1. Guests must complete third-party verification process and submit a copy of their identification to match at check-in.

2. No gatherings/events without prior written approval.

3. No pets without prior written approval.

4. Respect the property and the neighbors!





**IMPORTANT:**

We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.



**PLEASE NOTE:**

Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.



FAMILY & PETS:

We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog's breed and age when booking. We do require a $100 per pet fee and ask that you agree to our pet policy. We offer dog beds and dog bowls available for your convenience. Please keep pets off of all furniture including sofas and bedding, to minimize the risk of additional cleaning charges or unforeseen accidents or damages. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the proper garbage bins located near the driveway. Please see our House Rules for more information.



EXTRA GUESTS:

Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Keep in mind there is an added $50/night (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.



VENDORS:

Please note that the home is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. During extended stays, our technicians service the exterior of the property on a regular basis to maintain our home and yard. They will not enter the home but need to access the backyard. Landscaping and gardening service is on Fridays or on an as-needed basis based on weather demands. Our Spa technician arrives on Monday and Thursday’s.



PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please follow our County’s Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.



RESPECT:

There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. The home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss and/or additional charges. Sink into the sounds of the canyon solitude, peaceful nights, and starry stars...



CHERISH:

Some of the things visitors to Lake Arrowhead cherish the most are the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem.



CLEANING:

Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!



PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:

If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial/business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time. You MUST get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Photoshoots for your personal social media accounts are welcomed!



WILDLIFE:

You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including smaller forest dwellers like squirrels, raccoons and chipmunks, though coyotes and grey foxes do also roam the less human-populated regions. The wider San Bernardino area also has black bears, California mule deer, bighorn sheep, mountain lions, and bobcats. Please use caution when outside, especially at night with any pets and children.



FIRE ZONE:

Our home is located in a Fire Hazard Severity Zone

(VHFHSZ), smoking is not permitted in any exterior of the property.



NO SMOKING:

No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.



BACKYARD FENCING:

As we do not have fencing around the entire property, please always keep an eye on your pets and children. Forest wildlife finds it easy to share our yard from time to time in our shared habitat.



EV CHARGER:

There is not an EV charger at the home, however, there is a Tesla Supercharger located a 10 minute drive away at Resort & Spa, 27984 CA-189, Lake Arrowhead, CA 92352. There are also multiple public EV charging stations around town, which allows charging for up to 2 hours per day.



PARKING:

There are 3 parking spaces available. There is no garage. All parking spots will be uncovered in the driveway.

We really enjoyed our short stay at this very nice little quaint cabin. Very clean and well kept. Colby and Conrad are very accessible and answered all our questions.Just a little tricky to find as the access road is unmarked. Would recommend to attach a little map that shows the access road off North Shore Rd. Thank you Colby and Conrad

Property was hard to find, and no additional directions were given, Located on small access road that was not completely cleared of snow upon arrival. Only one TV located in main living room. None in primary. Hot tub was not completely full and had a bad smell. The recent snow was not removed from deck.
