Unique and exclusive tower with swimming pool, party saloon, laundry and gardens. One bedroom apartment, full bathroom with bathtub and living room with balcony with extraordinary view.

The apartment is in the 19 floor, complete full view of palermo and Buenos Aires city with the best sunsets.

Safe neighborhood, 7 blocks away from Plaza Serrano and 5 block from Plaza Armenia in Palermo SOHO. Lost of restaurants and shops in the area. Two blocks away from subway line D and plaza Italia (lots of public transportation).

The nightlife in Palermo Soho is centered around the oval-shaped Plaza Serrano, which has bars and resto-bars all the way around its perimeter. If youre not overly fussy about where you drink then head straight there, youll find plenty of decent (if unspectacular) options.

The building has 24hs security/doorman. The kitchen is fully equipped.

POSIZIONE fra i vari mezzi pubblici e vicinanza a quartiere spettacolare di Palermo Soho, COMUNICAZIONE e assoluzioni eventuali fastidi che possono sorgere, SICUREZZA con un controllo 24h su 24h di agenti debiti a ciò, APPARTAMENTO con tutto ciò che è necessario situato al 19' piano di un complesso serio, pulito ed elegante. This flat is very well situated in Gurruchaga street, makes me think of kind of little calm village inside buenos aires such as Monmartre in Paris, no noise at all ( 19 th floor), lot of sun during the day, very nice building, close to tube and shops... No bad surprises at all ! Furthermore Mariana is a very nice host, available whenever, answering very quickly and kindly. I highly recommend this place, and for sure will rent again this flat !
